🪴Terrarium Soil 🪴 It’s no question we are big terrarium lovers over here, a mini ecosystem you can have on your coffee table…yes please!! But we found that using a standard soil was consistently causing issues like mold, mildew and more so we put on our science coat and started mixing and testing a new soil mix. This mix is a peat and synthetic fertilizer free with ingredients that allow your plants roots to breathe freely. Plant happiness is our vibe, ya know? We say all the time that our most favorite way to water plantitas (if possible) is to give them a lukewarm shower for a few minutes. This method helps with dust, pest management and ensures the entire root ball is properly saturated. However, watering this way you must keep in mind that your plants must have proper drainage, should not be planted in planters that are too big and are not sensitive to tap water. Plant advice and plant parenthood is totally dependent on you and your environment, it should be fun and maybe even meditative, not overwhelming or complicated… happy Saturday y’all!
