Oh Yeah, National Bikini Day...
Here in South Florida, it is an awesome day to grab your sunscreen, put on that bikini, and head to the beach. Even though the bikini was considered a risqué design and it gradually started to be accepted by the public with the assistance of film stars such as Ava Gardner and Brigitte Bardot who wore bikinis not only on public beaches but also in their films. Many feel the bikini was a great invention while others still see it as a risqué garment.
