I couldn’t think of anything better to make on the first rainy day of fall this year except Chicken Noodle Soup. I used @mrsvitale recipe for it, and while it’s more time consuming, it’s “the best chicken noodles soup I’ve ever had,” according to my family. I started by roasting the chicken, which is a game changer for ANY chicken noodle soup, let it simmer low for a couple of hours, making my house smell amazing and added the homemade noodles I made a few days ago and dinner was served with the bread a made this morning.
