An exquisite morning as we stroll through the cemetery to meet up with the pack! As we turned toward the tennis court gate I saw a tiny thing swinging in mid air! On closer inspection it was a tiny gum nut attached to a web which was attached to the trunk of one of the silver birches! Fascinating! Quite a pleasant Sunday morning despite some spits of rain but no one ventured out except us! We hung around for a while in the hope and I found some abandoned tennis balls! We walked over to the cricket bowling nets in search of Harriet but they were keeping a low profile! We started for home and halfway through the cemetery coming toward us were Charlie and Katherine! A welcome sight indeed as we turned back to the oval where Jenny had a play with Rufus and Charlie! Raymond returns! The moment of truth and the long awaited reunion! Raymond is back after his “snip”! We met up with Rufus and Charlie and when we got through to the oval Jenny went nuts! She looked straight ahead at the dog figure on the oval, then a side glance to a car she recognised and through the gate she went with Charlie in hot pursuit! The magpies followed us as we started out Jenny had a little more spring in her step this morning but I kept her lead to protect the hotspot in its healing! After greeting Rufus and Charlie it was then Harriet and Charlie Minpin! Humble arrived not long after! She was itching to get on and play but we walked around the outside of the oval with Charlie Minpin on the inside and got brave halfway around when we ventured onto the oval and made our way over to the dog pack! Greetings all around and Jenny was a happy pup! We then walked home with the Airedales! She’s turned the corner!
