We’re introducing an #ArtistSupportingArtists initiative through a Spotify Playlist Exchange series just to keep our tiny music community of creators attached and continuously rooting for each other even in times like this where we have no live gigs to support and promote each other’s works. So, if you’re a music artist with an official Spotify account, and you wish to be a part of this little journey to show your love, support & appreciation for fellow independent artists and musicians of the local music community, get in touch with us and let’s make it happen. It’s as simple as making yourself a cup of coffee, or sort—all you have to do is curate a playlist on Spotify featuring only local independent artists & share it with us. Completely optional, but to make it a little more fun-ner, you are open to pick a track from the said playlist, play your cover version and record a short clip of it, and yes, share it with us, and we’ll take care of the rest. Here's our S01E01 of Artist Picks, a DIY Spotify Playlist Exchange Series for #ArtistsSupportingArtists, featuring mellow indie-folk singer-songwriter @temsuclover from Dimapur, Nagaland. Temsukala Lemtur aka Temsuclover made her debut release “Confessions Of A Bipolar Mind" in mid 2019 which made the rounds immediately winning countless hearts. Her second single "Blue" came out in December 2020 along with an official MV where she and the band mates are seen just casually chilling playing a bop track in the middle of nowhere! :) Temsu is an ardent supporter of the local music community, and very often you'll find her sporting tshirts & merchandise of local artists and bands. Currently, she's on the final leg of her Masters’ Degree (Agricultural Extension) at SHUATS, Prayagraj but she’s back home in Dimapur surviving the nationwide lockdown streaming YouTube videos and watching IG Reels constantly in her room. She wishes to get out and catch up her friends as soon as things slowly get back to normal. Best part, she is planning make more music releases before the year wraps up!
