Captains Log No.4

Ive been enjoying my time getting reacquainted w SL, I find myself at times getting impatient with the process. I want all my dreams to happen at once! Seeing all the avenues that are available in SL these days has inspired me so much! I want to revamp my shop and really do more with it and I cant wait to get into it! Anything I cant find available, that I like... thas what ima make.

I have been decorating my houseboat. I love it! Its the perfect size for me at this time and I like the spot where its at because its very quiet and I can sail the surrounding seas. Living there Ive discovered so many legit sims, a few of them are OG sims that probably have been around as long as SL has since they are built by the founding Linden folk. It makes me feel so close to the history and legacy of SL and I love that feeling.

A lot of the decor in my houseboat is stuff that I have found while exploring SL like my lil Linden bear made by Patch Linden and left to find in the middle of the ocean. I also have lots of ancient Egyptian artifacts that I dug up/ bought w game tickets at Silk Road 2021! Such a great sim!

The porthole I got at Silk Road 2021 it has a moving gif as the window, there are two other ones one has mermaids swimming, they’re so cool and were free.99! There was a whole storyline about this tomb of Nefertiti that was sunken and protected by Merfolk and resurfaced, I love the imagination as well as the historical accuracy involved in the whole thing. I say accurate because if you know the history of Nagas it makes sense that merfolk are associated with Ancient Egyptians.
