realized I've eaten 1.5 meals today and once again thinking about how my mom assumes that I'm fat because I sit around shoveling cheetos in my face all day or something

#we are. both very lucky that I don't have an eating disorder. she'd never fucking know if I did!! #(I MEAN I don't eat enough but-- you know disordered eating but not in an eating disorder way if that makes sense) #(I'm not intentionally restricting I just have a fuckt sleep schedule and adhd and depression etc so my eating schedule gets fuckt too) #she sees that I'm fat and says 'I worry about your health 😰' and doesn't even realize that she has no idea what's unhealthy about me #actually :) my cholesterol blood sugar and blood pressure are all always consistently really good :) what do YOU think my problems are :) #matter of fact my main problems right now are vitamin deficiencies because I don't leave the house or eat enough : ) #about me
