So, we've all heard of the mysterious pink goo condiment (warnings in the cited post for emetophobia), which seems....far from safe or professional. (Please don't send dairy in the mail, send anything meant to be a commercial sauce without a seal, buy any food without an expiration date, or non shelf-stable things by mail, and just personally, I would buy something made in a home kitchen from someone you don't know at your own risk?)
But there are a few misinterpreted things which have been going around:
--The "444 servings" was theorized to be an angel number, but it was confirmed to be a typo--the bottle is 444 grams
--The chef didn't intentionally describe it as a "mystery", she just didn't have the exact words to more accurately describe the flavor profile which is sort of a red flag in a chef but okay
--Somebody tried to recreate it and found that some of the nutrition facts discrepancy probably comes from store-bought mayonnaise
In short? Yes, this product is incredibly sketchy; but some of the information going around is disproven rumors.
