#gonna tag tw just in case #tw trichotillomania #between everything going on #my trichotillomania has literally been so fucking bad #like im constantly CONSTANTLY touching and pulling my hair #and im always so anxious #and anytime I dont do it I always have these weird intrusive thoughts and I HATE IT #ugh I dont like to think or talk about it but seriously Idk how to deal with it anymore #I normally try not to vent on here but I cant see my therapist and my prescription for meds is in montreal and not nj #so with everything going on between the v*rus and my grandpa passing and now my great uncle #im literally so freaking anxious and my hair pulling is getting so bad #I mean its always bad lol but like I literally cant stop #but yeah #oh and if anyone does see this and doubt my diagnosis trust me I do too #I never was officially diagnosed but considering the BALD patches ive had since like tenth fucking grade I can confidently say I am fucked<3
