man its still wild to me that apparently when i was like 3/5 one of my dad coworkers thought it was nice to gift me exclusively a tortoise. when i was THAT little, and when im the fucking youngest sibling out of 3. like how do you give a preschooler a whole animal and not as a family gift. also i named the guy franklin. as the cartoon. and it also happened when we were on a different city for summer holidays so i took the guy with me on the car on the trip. the thing is i was so young i didnt remember neither that he was genuinely mine, nor that i am the one that named him, nor that the cartoon ever existed. my mom told me the details some time ago and its just so. who thought all this was okay.

still i think the lil guy knew he was exclusively mine bc it seems he only.. not listened. but accepted me to both grab him and feed him and not be like "fuck this food" lmao
