Probably an unpopular opinion, but I started rewatching Ninjago, and I feel like it would have been better if they kept Kai as the protagonist and Cole as the team leader rather than giving both of those roles to Lloyd

#am I the only one with this opinion? #tbh Lloyd is my least favorite of the ninja so I’m definitely biased #(not that I dislike Lloyd or anything the others are just better) #but I just feel like that would have been a cooler dynamic #plus it keeps the protagonist and leader as separate characters which is also neat #I feel like most shows with a team set up of any sort always go protagonist=leader #and it was nice that early Ninjago had a different vibe #Cole wasn’t explicitly named the leader that I can remember but he definitely acted like one #and I think it’s really fitting for him #anyway. #early Ninjago my beloved ❤️ #ninjago #ninjago kai #ninjago cole #Ninjago pilots
