I need some advice. 🙏🏻 I was diagnosed with tendonitis last week 😣 I’ve been struggling with wrist, shoulder and neck pain for the past few months. The muscle tension causes me severe migraines. I’m doing physiotherapy and it’s helping (less migraines yay!), but the pain in my wrist is so bad. I can barely use my hand anymore. My doctor says I need to rest my arm… Have any of you ever had carpal tunnel or tendonitis? Do you know any tips or workouts? I’m going to keep trying my best to improve and mend my hand. It’s so hard. I use it for EVERYTHING…😔 So I’ll focus on creating only as much art as I can physically can and not push too much. 2021 has been a real struggle and it’s not over…oh mama.
