on the whole I’ve enjoyed PoE2 more than PoE, but have been more invested in PoE’s main story just because it has a much more straightforward villain whose audacity is borderline hilarious to me

#don’t spoil me i’m right before endgame in both PoE and PoE2!!! #taylor rants about a video game #pillars of eternity #thaos just really does not give one flying FUCK about you #confront him in the sanitarium and he’s like bored out of his mind #confront him at the palace and he incapicitates you (possibly BY ACCIDENT) and just walks away #like idk i find his disregard hilarious #he’s just trying to go about his (very evil) business and you getting involved doesn’t really change much
