just tried a century egg for the first time. a very perplexing food

#not sure if i liked it yet. didn't dislike it though #very nice aftertaste but the experience of eating one is just so bizarre #the texture color and taste are truly unlike anything else ive ever eaten #coincidentally that was also my first time eating a duck egg but that's much less noteworthy
