Augh I am not knowledgeable enough on this and I do not have the energy to see more of it but I am still thinking of it <- the morality and ethics of fiction and things like that and also how much of the author's views are affecting it
Quick example here: light from DN, most people tend to assume he's misogynistic, because the author unintentionally wrote his views onto Light's character. Of course, it is in a way where it does seem to be fair to have that negative trait onto Light, but in his other works that sexism is toned a bit higher and clearer to see.
So, that asks the question of many other works of art. At what point is it part the story, the themes, the character, and at what point is it the creator of their work, intentionally or unintentionally having their views baked into it.
Of course, I feel, it is maybe inevitable some of one's thoughts on matters are worked into their craft. It is your art, it will have your touch on it, whether you see it or not.
Wauhh there's so much to this. I am. Ough.
This of course eventually goes into rougher territory, does this person actually think this [horrible action] is acceptable, or justifiable? Or should we give the benefit of the doubt that it's meant to be in the realm of fiction that was meant for pondering, evoke emotions and connections to these characters.
What is romanticising/glorifying, truly? Though I suspect it may come to a 'case by case' sort of thing.
What is simply one's fantasies, of which, may be illegal to do so in real life, but they are fully aware of such. They still wish to engage in pleasure, though within the realm of fiction rather than reality so they do not actually harm others.

Alright, I've slipped. After a long time without being here, I've watched house of the dragon when I thought I wouldn't. I got caught again. Shame. And anger comes again. It may come as caricatural, but I need to vent.
It just makes GoT even worse! For me, it talks of a system repeating oneself, and patting itself in the back for preventing change and opening of views.
What is worse? Supposed immorality (morality being defined by a misogynist society) or hypocrisy and lack of self-awareness? Because that's what the fight between Rhaenyra and Alicent seems to be. Rhaenyra, who's trying to make her own way to be happy and prepare to rule in that society, and Alicent, who conforms, is embittered by that role she has to play, and can't bear to think anyone can choose to do differently. Rhaenyra who talks of intervening to settle quarrels between clans (the part during the council), and Alicent who says "well, let the liege lord settle it on his own, that's not our problem". Rhaenyra, who tries to compromise, and Alicent, who grits her teeth and seethes.
What would have been better? For Rhaenyra and Laenor to force themselves over and over for the sake of an heir? For Rhaenyra (or Laenor, for that matter) to just "lay back and think of England"? For them to be miserable just like Alicent, so she could feel sympathy for them? That's petty, and as absurd as when some said Sansa deserved to be queen because she suffered so and has always acted like a proper lady.
Alicent is an extremist. That's a fact. For her, it is either black or white, either bad or good. She lives in fear, drowns in it. Rhaenyra did not tell her about Criston? She goes full hate, mistrust and fear, and full green. Rhaenyra has children with a man that is not her husband? She makes sneaky comments, and if she is too prude to say the word "whore", her words mean the same, which is all the more ridiculous.
She can't bear Rhaenyra's life, it's literally nagging her, to the point of demanding to see her children just as soon as they are born.
I think then because it means "her sacrifice" was for nothing. She never said no, never tried. She complied, like what was expected of her. Just as her father wished. But instead of resenting the father who pushed her into the king's bed, the fault is "the other woman" who "does as she wishes and spoils it all." There comes the terrible lack of awareness. And now, she is pushing her own children, praising the fact that they are "true-born", as opposed to Rhaenyra's "bastards".
Yet, what is the most important thing? Birth or quality? We see Aegon and Aemond lie, act arrogantly, not even being solidary with one another. Aemond attacks Baela and Rhaena just because they were angry that he took their mother's dragon, then proceeded when Rhaenerys' sons came to insult them, threaten them with mention of Harwin Strong, and prepare a rock to fulfill that threat. Luke and Jake, though there is less focus, are shown trying to bring comfort, then defending their cousins. They are not perfect, even partaking in a joke with Aegon, and then with Baela and Rhaena beating up Aemond. But at least there is a bit of nuance, feelings.
(Lets be clear. Aemond should never have lost an eye. But he shouldn't have acted as he did as well. )
The children are the mirrors of their mothers, that's part of why they can't get along. It is all amplified for them.
Alicent is a victim, but the true tragedy is that she ends up defending the system that made her a victim. She's literally decorating that system with pretty words like honor, decency and justice, when in fact it is narrow-mindedness, misogyny and revenge (even petty ones). A system where only the men are allowed to choose and aren't blamed if they cheat, rape, or other things.
It just seems terrible to me that people who declare to stan Alicent for "her common sense and decency" praise her and hails her, when it is shown her own way will never make her happy, even if her enemies are gone, and she brings division, not unity. She will always be eating her nails in that way. Seems to me she's more the illustration of why that system is terrible for women, and there is a dire need for change.

the wisdom of God is foolishness to man who trusts in himself rather than discovering the grace of our Maker.
for there is a clear path laid out for us seen through the True illumination of the Son (Light) and this is meant to humble us, to cleanse us inside & out.
and so the Scriptures not only teach and reveal, but they correct just as a caring Parent. this is the work of the Spirit in the heart.
Today’s reading of the Scriptures from the New Testament is the 12th chapter of the Letter of 2nd Corinthians:
Boasting like this is necessary, but it’s unbecoming and probably unavailing. Since you won’t hear me any other way, let me tell you about visions and revelations I received of the Lord.
Fourteen years ago, there was this man I knew—a believer in the Anointed who was caught up to the third heaven. (Whether this was an in- or out-of-body experience I don’t know; only God knows.) This man was caught up into paradise (let me say it again, whether this was an in- or out-of-body experience I don’t know; only God knows), and he heard inexpressible words—words a mortal man is forbidden to utter. I could brag about such a man; but as for me, I have nothing to brag about outside my own shortcomings. So if I want to boast, I won’t do so as a fool because I will be speaking the truth. But I will stop there, since I don’t want to be credited with anything except exactly what people see and hear from me. To keep me grounded and stop me from becoming too high and mighty due to the extraordinary character of these revelations, I was given a thorn in the flesh—a nagging nuisance of Satan, a messenger to plague me! I begged the Lord three times to liberate me from its anguish; and finally He said to me, “My grace is enough to cover and sustain you. My power is made perfect in weakness.” So ask me about my thorn, inquire about my weaknesses, and I will gladly go on and on—I would rather stake my claim in these and have the power of the Anointed One at home within me. I am at peace and even take pleasure in any weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and afflictions for the sake of the Anointed because when I am at my weakest, He makes me strong.
I have become a fool, but you drove me to it. Why didn’t you stick up for me? I may not be much, but you could have shown me the same respect as you did the other so-called great emissaries. I am not inferior to them in the least. Miracles, wonders, and signs were all performed right before your eyes, proving I am who I say, a true emissary of Jesus. With the exception of not asking you to shoulder the burden of my care, I have treated you no differently from any other churches. Forgive me for wronging you by not charging for my services!
Now listen, for the third time I am ready to travel to you, and once again I will not burden you because there’s nothing of yours that I want: the only thing I want is you. You see, it’s not right for children to have to save up for their parents because it’s the parents’ job to care for their children. I would happily spend until I had nothing left if it was for you. But just because I love you more, should you love me less? Because even though you didn’t have to lift a finger for me, lies abound that I deceived you by some clever act. Did I cheat you somehow through one of the coworkers I sent your way? If any of them defrauded you, I’d like to see it. I was the one who insisted Titus come to you with the brother I sent along. Did Titus take advantage of you in some way? Didn’t we work in the same spirit and follow the same direction?
I hope you don’t think that all this time we’ve been defending ourselves to you. We come as the voice of the Anointed; God will judge whether all our work has been useful in building you up, beloved. And quite honestly, I am afraid that when I come, we may both be disappointed with what we find; in my fear, my thoughts go from bad to worse—into a drama of friction, rivalry, fevered tempers and fists, selfishness, slander, defamation, pride, and complete chaos. I am worried that when I come to visit that my God will humble me somehow before you, that I will have to grieve over all those who have sinned before and then refused to turn away from their addictions to impure practices, immoral sex, and reckless perversions.
The Letter of 2nd Corinthians, Chapter 12 (The Voice)
Today’s paired chapter of the Testaments is the 63rd chapter of the book (scroll) of Isaiah that reveals an act of God’s Judgment against His enemies and a plea for restoration in Israel:
Who comes with long, strong strides, marching in strength
from Edom, from Bozrah?
Who is coming, with such grand clothes, steeped in crimson and awesome to see?
Eternal One: It is I, the Eternal, who in righteousness declares victory.
I am coming with great power and I’m ready to save.
And why are all your clothes red,
as if you’ve been stomping on the grapes in the winepress?
Eternal One: And so I have. I have pressed by Myself.
No one was with Me. In my anger, I trampled them;
In my fury, I alone squashed them till their blood soaked my clothes
and stained everything I wore.
For it was time for Me to act, time for Me to pay back My enemies
in response to their actions—My time to set things right again.
But I looked and there was no one to help.
I was amazed, but none was ready to offer support.
So I had to do it alone, and I did;
My own power brought salvation; My own wrath energized Me.
I stomped and squashed them furiously.
I made them reel and stagger on the wine of My anger,
And I spilled their blood on the ground.
So let me remind you of the Eternal’s enduring love, and why we should praise Him.
Let me tell you again how the Eternal gives and gives and gives.
All God’s wonders and goodness are done for Israel’s benefit
according to His great mercy and compassion.
Eternal One: Surely, these are My people, and they will be true to Me.
My children will not try to deceive Me.
And indeed, God became their Savior.
And when they suffered, God suffered too;
And the messenger of His presence acted to save them.
Out of enduring love, compassion, and concern,
God Himself rescued them. Through all those years long ago,
God picked them up and carried them through.
But they rebelled and ran away;
they turned their backs on Him and grieved His Holy Spirit.
And then, God turned against them, became their enemy,
went after them, and took them on.
Then they remembered Moses and those days long ago:
Where is the One who brought them safely through the perils of the sea
With the shepherd of His flock leading them?
Where is the One who sent His Holy Spirit among the people?
Where is the God who put His power in Moses’ right hand
and divided the waters before the Israelites,
Making an everlasting name for Himself as the true and living God?
Where is the One who led them through the sea?
Like a horse in the desert, they never stumbled.
Like cattle that move down to find rest in the valley,
the Spirit of the Eternal led them to rest.
You did that for Your people and gained a glorious reputation in the world.
People: Look down from heaven—
peer down from that sacred, magnificent place where You live.
What happened to Your passion, love, and compassion that sought us out?
Where are Your powerful actions that used to support us?
Even though Abraham would not know us and Israel would disown us,
You are our Father!
Nevertheless, from way back,
You, the Eternal, are our Father;
we have called You our Redeemer from long ago.
O Eternal One, why do You make us wander off and direct our minds
and harden our hearts, so that we no longer respect You?
Please come back to us, for we are Your servants;
we are the tribes that have been Yours through the generations.
For such a short time Your holy people possessed Your holy place in Jerusalem;
then our enemies invaded and trampled all over it.
We’ve become like strangers to You,
like people You never ruled,
Like those never associated with Your name.

A post by John Parsons about “returning” to Love:
The only way we can draw near to God is if we believe that He draws close to us, personally, intimately... "Behold I stand at the door and knock" (Rev. 3:20). Faith hears the knock as God's desire to draw near... faith hears his voice and opens the door to his presence; faith partakes in his communion.... "Draw near to God and he draws near to you" (James 4:8). The Hebrew word karov (קרוב) is translated using engidzo (ἐγγίζω) in New Testament Greek, a word that means to come close and touch... When we draw close to God, we reach out and find God holding us. Our "I" melts away as we cling to God as our dear life; we become one with his heart; we lose ourselves to find ourselves.
"Turn to me, and I will turn to you..." (Zech. 1:3). Someone might wonder why we must take the initiative, and that's because God has never turned away from us... He has always been the one who loves us most of all and awaits our return to his love.... "Turn to me and you will discover that I have never left you nor forsaken you."
Yeshua illustrated the idea of teshuvah (i.e., תְּשׁוּבָה, “returning to God”) by telling the famous story of the "prodigal son" (Luke 15:11-32). After selfishly squandering his father's inheritance, a wayward son decided to return home, full of shame and self-reproach. "But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him." The father then ordered a celebratory meal in honor of his lost son's homecoming. When his older brother objected, the father said, "We had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found."
This parable reveals that teshuvah ultimately means returning (shuv) to the outstretched arms of your waiting Heavenly Father... God sees you while you are still “a long way off” (Rom. 5:8). He runs to you with affection when you first begin to turn your heart toward Him. Indeed, God’s compassion is so great that He willingly embraces the shame of your sins and then adorns you with “a fine robe, a ring, and sandals.” Your Heavenly Father even slaughters the "fattened calf" (Yeshua) so that a meal that celebrates your life may be served.... The Hand of the Lord
“This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which the LORD God of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the LORD his God upon him.” (Ezra 7:6)
Neither Ezra, who was a scribe, nor Nehemiah, who was apparently a butler, had been prepared by either study or experience to supervise a great construction project, rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem and the wall of the city, both of which had been destroyed many years before by the armies of Babylon. Yet God called them to these ministries and led them and protected them as they carried them out.
They were both careful, then, to give God the credit for what they had accomplished. No less than six times in Ezra and twice in Nehemiah they reminded their readers that God’s hand had been upon them as they supervised the work (see Ezra 7:6, 9, 28; 8:18-22, 31; Nehemiah 2:8, 18).
There had been many difficulties and much opposition, but as Paul would later say: “If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31).
We also need to be careful to give God the credit for anything He enables us to accomplish in His service. Even such a great and useful Christian as the apostle Paul had to say: “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me” (1 Corinthians 15:10).
We remember, however, that the hand of the Lord can be a chastening hand as well as a guiding and providing hand. When a certain false prophet tried “to pervert the right ways of the Lord,” Paul said: “The hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind” (Acts 13:10-11). And so it was. “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God” (Hebrews 10:31). HMM

1-2) So imitate God, as his dear children; and live a life of love, just as also the Messiah loved us, indeed, on our behalf gave himself up as an offering, as a slaughtered sacrifice to God with a pleasing fragrance.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:1‭-‬2 CJB
"Love as the Messiah loved us... on our behalf gave Himself up as an offering... a slaughtered sacrifice to God..."
That's deep. Like, immensely deep. Jesus loved us so much that he died for us, and in return we are called to love others with the same intensity and willingness.
In this specific passage Paul may be speaking specifically about loving those of the Church body, but he may also be speaking in general about loving everybody. In my mind it would make more sense to be talking about loving everybody because that's what Christ did.
That's hard. I have a hard time having civil thoughts toward my next-door neighbor most of the time. They are definitely not people I would jump at the chance to die for, yet it seems that is what we are called to do.
3-4) Among you there should not even be mentioned sexual immorality, or any kind of impurity, or greed; these are utterly inappropriate for God’s holy people. Also out of place are obscenity and stupid talk or coarse language; instead, you should be giving thanks.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:3‭-‬4 CJB
We are called to live a higher moral standard than the rest of the world. We are to keep ourselves morally clean, inside and out.
Not only should we seek to abstain from immoral actions, but (according to verse four) we need to have positive attitudes. Instead of obscenity, foul language, and sarcasm we should be giving thanks to God. It's difficult to maintain a bad attitude when you are thanking God.
5) For of this you can be sure: every sexually immoral, impure or greedy person — that is, every idol-worshipper — has no share in the Kingdom of the Messiah and of God.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:5 CJB
This goes hand-in-hand with the notion that while our good works are not enough to earn us Salvation, our actions do matter. We all make mistakes and sin repeatedly. While our day-to-day sin screw ups may not remove us from His hand, have we chosen to stay in His hand if we chose lifestyles of sin? If we truly have been transformed by and are in relationship with Him, would our actions and lifestyles not reflect that? Would we not strive to live the most holy and righteous lifestyles possible in order to please and honor Him?
6-7) Let no one deceive you with empty talk; for it is because of these things that God’s judgment is coming on those who disobey him. So don’t become partners with them!
Ephesians (Eph) 5:6‭-‬7 CJB
According to BibleStudyTools.com, "empty talk" refers to "vain philosophy and vain babblings," and not to allow yourself to believe others when they try to convince you that greed, sexual immorality and other impurites are "small sins" or "not really sins." This is the way the world thinks and it is dangerous.
I have many friends who live in worldliness and this is their ideology, and it can be easy to slip into agreement with them. Verse 8 tells us not to be close to them; closeness allows influence.
8-10) For you used to be darkness; but now, united with the Lord, you are light. Live like children of light, for the fruit of the light is in every kind of goodness, rightness and truth — try to determine what will please the Lord.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:8‭-‬10 CJB
Not only are we born into sin, but most (if not all) of us have background in sin. We were once of the world, but Christ came in order to separate and set us apart from the world. He brought us into the light. We are to reflect His light by living in righteousness. We are to live lives that please God.
11-14) Have nothing to do with the deeds produced by darkness, but instead expose them, for it is shameful even to speak of the things these people do in secret. But everything exposed to the light is revealed clearly for what it is, since anything revealed is a light. This is why it says, “Get up, sleeper! Arise from the dead, and the Messiah will shine on you!”
Ephesians (Eph) 5:11‭-‬14 CJB
Again, we are set apart. We are called to live righteously in the light, not to partake in the darkness of sin.
15-17) Therefore, pay careful attention to how you conduct your life — live wisely, not unwisely. Use your time well, for these are evil days. So don’t be foolish, but try to understand what the will of the Lord is.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:15‭-‬17 CJB
Live intentionally, don't just let life happen to you. Make the most of your time both in terms of personal satisfaction and spiritual effectiveness (which will bring personal satisfaction).
18-20) Don’t get drunk with wine, because it makes you lose control. Instead, keep on being filled with the Spirit — sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs to each other; sing to the Lord and make music in your heart to him; always give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:18‭-‬20 CJB
Some people turn to alcohol to make themselves feel better or as a way to cope with stress and the events of life, but alcohol has detrimental effects on us and causes us to lose self-control.
A more effective and healthy way to cope with stress and life events is to praise God. It's very difficult to continue to feel negatively when we are praising Him, and praise brings us closer to Him which in turn lifts our spirits.
21-24) Submit to one another in fear of the Messiah. Wives should submit to their husbands as they do to the Lord; because the husband is head of the wife, just as the Messiah, as head of the Messianic Community, is himself the one who keeps the body safe. Just as the Messianic Community submits to the Messiah, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:21‭-‬24 CJB
Submitting does not mean making yourself a doormat. Submitting to one's husband means when it comes to decisions, he has the final say. This does not make the wife's perspective or opinion invalid. The husband is head of the family, and thus ultimately is held responsible and accountable for familial decisions.
25-27) As for husbands, love your wives, just as the Messiah loved the Messianic Community, indeed, gave himself up on its behalf, in order to set it apart for God, making it clean through immersion in the mikveh , so to speak, in order to present the Messianic Community to himself as a bride to be proud of, without a spot, wrinkle or any such thing, but holy and without defect.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:25‭-‬27 CJB
Mikveh = a bath used for the purpose of ritual immersion to achieve ritual purity
Husbands are to not only love but to cherish their wives. They are to treat wives the way Christ treats the Church; He gave His life for the Church in the most horrendous way. Likewise, husbands are to love their wives with the same fervor and commitment.
28-30) This is how husbands ought to love their wives — like their own bodies; for the man who loves his wife is loving himself. Why, no one ever hated his own flesh! On the contrary, he feeds it well and takes care of it, just as the Messiah does the Messianic Community, because we are parts of his Body.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:28‭-‬30 CJB
Husbands are to love their wives as they love themselves; as equals, not as subordinates.
31-33) “Therefore a man will leave his father and mother and remain with his wife, and the two will become one.” There is profound truth hidden here, which I say concerns the Messiah and the Messianic Community. However, the text also applies to each of you individually: let each man love his wife as he does himself, and see that the wife respects her husband.
Ephesians (Eph) 5:31‭-‬33 CJB

Judging &/ or Discernment; whats the difference?…..
The Bible study Wednesday!!!
   Praise God on High!
Thank you, God for providing a shield of protection around us.  Thank you God, for preparing us for the many blessings that are ready on the way.  Thank you God, for the many blessings that you have already given to us.
Thank you God, for there are so many brave men and women in your army here on earth that setting forth motion and holding the ground for your kingdom. Thank you Lord and Savior, walking with us every step of our day.  Thank you Holy Spirit, for living inside each and everyone of God’s children.  We pray to always honor our relationship with God.
We thank you God for preparing us to complete our mission for this life: and in so doing, we be welcomed in the bosom of God, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit. Forever and ever.
We praise you now and forever.
We pray this in the loving name of your begotten Son;
   Yeshua Jesus Christ.
     Amen.
Book of Matthew 7:1-2

We all judge or make judgement calls;  and we should. I know many are going to say Im going against the gospel but stay with me here.  When we search out for a job do we not make judgements?  How far is the travel?  Will the job pay me enough for my obligations or living expenses?
Once we get the job.
We make the judgements on how we can be successful in the new work environment.
This may include who too or not too surround ourselves with.  Who we will sit with at lunch, what we'll do at lunch?  Whether our not will we go out and socialize with co-workers after working hours.
These are all judgements and part of the decision making process.
This is a natural part of life.   This also is and not only a God given “instinct” or “intuition”(as some might say); but speaking spiritually: this is the Holy Spirit and our Angels talking to our spirits with us.
Keeping with the job scene: Anyone seeking success and wanting to achieve goals or advancement: has to make judgment calls for what is best for the blessings that God has provided too.
Now Christians need to make judgement calls as well.  Yes.
How so? Well………
Being a Christian: is a job…it is a calling, it is a lifestyle; it's us with free will choosing to follow our Lord and Savior.
Being a Christian, comes with obligations just as a job.  Laws, which are commandments, and processes on how to achieve success in this spiritual way of life. Do we not think there truly will be no “judging” or decision making involved?
Come on. No really, come one.
This is one on the verses that commonly get misinterpreted by others.
What Yeshua Jesus, is calling us to do here as Christians is not to judge others harshly, especially if we too our living in the same sinful life.
 Examples:
If we as Christians are drinking excessively. We can not rightly call someone out on their drinking habits.
If someone is having casual sex with someone; that is not their spouse, we can’t and should preach to them on abstinence or not committing adultery.
If someone is living a sinful life. If someone is aiding the kingdom of darkness with actions or inactions.  Yes, one can be aiding the kingdom of darkness by doing nothing.
If we are living in sin, attempting to help someone else to not live in sin or the same type of sin; that is trying to cast satan out with satan….it will not work until we get right and righteous. That is also being a hypocrite…. AMEN..!
Moving on, the measure of judging someone harshly comes into play if we condemn others.  Shame others, verbal abuse others, speak curses onto others; this is a big NONO. Yeshua, calls for to be compassionate to others, give grace to others, maybe even the benefit of doubt to others.  Yeshua, however does not cal us to be foolish or allow ourselves to be mistreated or taken advantage of; NO.  This is why going to God and seeking God in all things is important.  When confused take the questions or concerns to God. AMEN.
IF we are evil to others; for living the same sin as we live; this is being a hypocrite.
Now does God want us to be foolish and allow ourselves to be deceived, no.
“For God people die from a lack of knowledge”
God calls for his people
“to seek a matter out”.
Does God want us to harm others and ill wishes(which are curses) on others; no.
“For he who is without sin cast the first stone”.
But, does God want us to live in sin and amongst sinners, on a daily and in the sinful lifestyle style; absolutely not.
For “we can not put new wine into old wine skins”.  This means in our quest to live righteously and stay righteous; we might have to remove certain lifestyles and certain persons from our daily life. (even if temporary or permanently)
Cross References:
Matthew 9:17
Neither do men pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst, the wine will spill, and the wineskins will be ruined. Instead, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved."

No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the new piece will pull away from the old, and a worse tear will result.

The 3 verses listed above, show clearly that judgements and discernment is needed for Christians and righteous living.
Christian need to be able to not only recognize within themselves ways of life that are not in agreement with having a righteous life and spiritual relationship with God, but also ways of life that are in agreement with God.
Christians are to put God before all others.  This may mean some persons from will not be allowed in our daily or social Life.
For we are called to not be unequally yoked.

How would a Christian know if they are equally or unequally yoked: with a business, a product, a food source, a church, or person’s without making a judgement ?
The Judgement, should be based from the foundation of a righteous and spiritual life/ relationship with God, filled with the Holy Spiritual, and as Yeshua Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
So judgment and discernment is needed.
But, being cruel to others, No.
Judging, others falsely, No.
Judging, based off of vanity, or narcissism; No.
Judging, based off of insecurities, No.
Judging, based off of feelings of being left behind, No.
Now let’s ask ourselves: When it’s time for our Father to judge us, would how would want God to judge us?
We are to live a righteous life, pray for others. Pray for others, prayer for others who are not living righteously, or righteously as the Bible calls for; not by our own thoughts/ opinions.  Don’t speaks curses on them those we “think” could do a better job with their life.
But,,,,also,,,,,,Don’t allow yourself to be lead astray of deceived.
It’s important to remember:  We as Christians will not win this spiritual battle for the lost souls with evil but with LOVE.  AMEN.
So when counseling or advising someone, lets instead or reaching for our opinions; reach for our Bible.
Instead or pulling out words or judgement based from self; explain what God’s says. Jesus says, what of the Holy Spirit.
But, before all this advising and applying…..Let us get ourselves right and righteous…AMEN!
Book of Matthew 7:3
3. “And why do you look at the speck in you brother’s eye, do not consider the plank in you own eye?”
Get ourselves right and live righteously, before we point out the sins of others
Yeshua is telling us, we as Christians shouldn’t to walk around through the world with the intent of pointing out flaws or short coming off others, to make ourselves feel/seem more righteous. AMEN!
This, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t bring to light: the hypocrites that may exist, or the maybe point out sins/ unlawful/immoral/ harmful; ways someone might be living, acting, or engaging.
But, revealing to  someone who is attempting to walk more with Jesus lifestyle choices, that may be holding them back from furthering their relationship with God.
It’s the heart of the matter and the intentions that count.
But, we shouldn’t be a judgmental negative spirit holding.
What do I mean by this?
Pointing as a means of helping or exposing, for righteousness shake or the betterment of someone or others, or for safety or information corrections or exposures;
 is something quite different than,
exposing for ones on selfish desires.
One exposing to look better for a boss, or one exposing to shame others, or exposing to embarrassment to someone; is not of GOd.
God, exposures evils (revealing nakedness, the truth of matters, of underlining evils) to bring to  light darkness of others and evil deeds of others; so that his children can be made aware and/or no longer lead off the path of righteous living.
But, there are person who simply “expose” as tool of manipulation or for cruel intentions.
This is not what Christians are supposed to do.
When exposing someone else faults, we need to take a good and honest look at our own short comings.
We need to take a look at our lives and our intentions behind the exposures.
If our goal is to help someone get right with God, AMEN.
If our intention is to compare base off our own ideas of righteous living, that is not of God. That is of self.
Righteous living is a lifestyle: ways of living, thinking, speaking, presentation, should all be based off of and for the intentions of:  living and doing in agreement with what our Lord commands.
IF not we need to fix and correct ourselves, before we can help or guide others into righteous living by God’s order (remember, not our own).
That is important: by God’s commandments, not our opinion, not bias, not ourself serving objectives.
Book of Matthew 7:4
4. “Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your; and look, a plank is in your own eye?”
Amen!!!!! I love this verse.
How can we help others when we are not right ourselves? Exactly.
How can we help others not to be enslaved to a corrupt employer if we too are not in righteous employment?
Or,
how can someone counsel a friends marriage or relationship advice, if they themselves have an unhappy home.
Right?
Doesn’t make any type of sense.
Yeshua, is telling us in this verse, to get ourselves right so that we can help others.  But, also get ourselves righteous, aka practice what we preach.  Do as I do, not as I say to do, while Im doing something else completely not right with God and God’s commandments. That would be being a hypocrite.
But, I would like to add an addition.  Many are unable to take a good honest look at themselves, when faults are pointed out: from a loving stand point.
For example: Let's say a family member, points out that maybe a life style such as drugs or drinking, or cheating on a spouse; is not in keeping with God’s plan for our life.
We need to be humble and mature enough to take the advice and maybe sometime out with some self reflection.  Not spout off, “Don't judge me.” Or “Mind your our business”. Or Whatever else are words or deflection or self-denial. No, go into a safe and quiet place, and talk to God.  Ask God, what he says, wait for the signs from God or confirmations that will come. AMEN!
Book of Matthew 7:5
5. “Hypocrite! First move the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
Definition of Hypocrite:
- A person given to hypocrisy.
- One who plays a part; especially, one who, for the purpose of winning approbation of favor, puts on a fair outside seeming; one who feigns to be other and better than he is; a false pretender to virtue or piety; one who simulates virtue or piety.
- One who assumes a false appearance; one who feigns to be what he is not, or to feel or believe what he does not actually feel or believe; especially, a false pretender to virtue or piety.
———-Synonyms Dissembler, Hypocrite (see dissembler); Pharisee, formalist, cheat.
a person who professes beliefs and opinions that he or she does not hold in order to conceal his or her real feelings or motives.  (Insert several “church””leaders” here….)
(retrieved from:, https://www.wordnik.com/words/hypocrite, date20190405)
WOW!!!!!!!  Our Yeshua Jesus Christ,,,,,,,, is one of a kind!!!!  I love…just love his voice, his assertiveness, his bravery; we could use a lot of this in several of the church”leaders” of today…am I right or am I right.(just my personal opinion…based off of experiences and observations. Ok let me get out me feeeeeeelingszzz)
Furthermore, if someone is calling someone out on issues or lifestyle that needs to be corrected and the other party  speak the words,”Don't judge or who are you to judge …….”
This is way us being in good standing with the virtues of God’s word is important. Let us remove the pink from our eyes before we speak or suggest correction to/ in/of; others.
Another note: it also bares reason to point out sometimes its not what we speak, but also how we speak; that can help or hurt a situation.
We, should not aim to injury someone with our words or actions.  If the purpose of us bringing to the forefront someone actions, let lead with loving ways and loving words.  It’s up to that person to accept or reject the help.  It’s up to the other person to deflect or reflect; on the words spoken.  If that person accepts; then wonderful, great.  But, if that person spouts off “Don't judge me” etc…that person is most likely not ready for a change or too immature to handle a change and we have to make peace with that, no matter how much it might hurt.
Let us pray.
God , today we pray; we not judge others falsely.  Lord, we that we speak words of love to your children.  God, help us to speak from a foundation of your commandments and not our condemning thoughts/ hurtful selfish beliefs.
God help us to bring to light, not to shame.  Lord, teach us to guide and not lead a stray.  Hold Spirit, speak to our minds, guide our spirits with God in mind.  Lord and Savior help, us to be more like you.
Help us Father, lead others to walk righteously, as we walk righteously too.  And if we should ever fall short, us to correct our ways.  Lead us closer to the cross, each and everyday.  Father Yah, our loving Father please help us to help to lead. Righteous lives and walks with thy.  God, when we speak to others, let there be less of us and more of you.
We pray for continued the safety and guidance of all the Prophets.  I pray, the Prophets who are truly of you stay righteous.  I pray for the false Prophets and false leaders to be exposed and removed for the roles they are in, so that they can’t contaminated and mislead your flock Lord. We pray, for the protection of our Leaders who are truly of you and doing your work here on earth.
