how come da2 is my favorite but me2 is not my favorite

#theyre both kind of sidequesty? #idk i guess da2 is more of a bridge #i also like that no matter how well you play it still ends in misery lol #me2 feels so much more disconnected from the rest of that series #continuity in (some) characters ofc but not so much in plot #da2 only has the hints in the frame that this is building to something but theyre there #a small intense personal story that leads to a cataclysm... #while me2 is 'lets defeat an enemy you havent heard of and wont see again' #and so little of it really had anything to do with the overall plot #pointless post #hot takes in the notes here lmao
