im literally writhing im going back to SCHOOL im going to do WORK and i am SO FUCKING TIRED.

#ro rambles #i dont know how to like. rest. #ive realized #like no matter how much time off i have its never enough #ill have MONTHS from summer vacation & that only last me two weeks or so. #then immediately i start falling behind & getting exhausted & burnt out/overwhelmed. #ive done nothing but eat & sleep THE RECOMMENDED HOURS & i feel SO tired by like 4-7 pm. knock out at 10-12. wake up 8-10. #healthiest schedule ive had in a long time but its simply not enough #my stress immediately returns when i just THINK about stuff i need to do #think maybe its bc these pills ? but i stopped taking them. awhile ago i feel like ? i dont know. #i am just sooooooo sleepy. just a sleepy little guy #sigh #i will survive 🎶
