ngl while i love the implications of the elemental masters there’s a criminal loss in the canon now that wu was just collecting the kids of his old friends. how dare they play down the utterly deranged nature of wu going “oh no… my brother is Returning…” and grabbing literally three random kids out of the suspiciously scenic countryside and then his (presumably dead) bffs’ son for shits n giggles. and it WORKED
