#anyways!! going insane rn!!! went to lunch with the prof reading my thesis last thursday!!!! #and he told me i should start applying to doctoral programs next!!! fall!!!! and that he WANTED to write my rec letter!!!!!! #this the same prof well-known in our department for discouraging literally everyone from trying to get a phd!!!! #yes even m.a. students!!!! and he said he thought that -I- should apply!!!!! going fully crazy!!! someone deflate my ego please!!!!!!! #*sobs into pillow* #ignore me please im just going nuts. #personal
