you know jinwoo and jinchul having childhood friends scenario would’ve pushed their dynamic pedal into ground

like at the start of series they’re already really close friends, half of the reason jinchul is in KHA is to keep jinwoo safe and help him provide for family, jinwoo (and by extension Sungs and Gunhee) in turn literally being the closest he had to friends/family dynamic

are they biased towards each other whole time? They absolutely are.

Jinchul nearly had a heart attack after whole double dungeon fiasco, had mixed feelings about jinwoo not having reawakening

Jinwoo feeling guilty that he just keeps adding more work to already overworking jinchul

/also because in childhood jinwoo was never able to help jinchul with bullying he experienced from other kids at orphanage (so now jinwoo can bully (terrify) anyone who dares to)—
