food rules:
drink one sip of water for each bite of food
snacks: bone broth, chewing gum, ice cubes. nothing else
And I will also exercise 3 times each week

I tried to fast again yesterday, but I only made it to 12 hours.. I was sleeping for most of them. I'm gonna fast today too. I'm aiming for at least 13 hours, but I hope I can go longer.

the apps I currently use:
Zero - for fasting
home workout - for workouts (has timers and different muscle groups)
Fitbit - for weight and activity tracking (mostly just because I have their watch)

me after I sit still for like 40 minutes: "can I go now, can I go, can I leave, can I stand up?".
especially after I've eaten. do not force me to sit still after eating I get so uncomfortable and stressed

I decided to try tracking and today I have had 505 calories. it's not as bad as I feared, but damn that iced coffee was many calories, 125 cals. at least it was somewhat high in protein.
