the jonas brothers never would’ve fallen out of the spotlight if they hadn’t tried to make a tv show that was like zoey 101 meets the oc aimed at a hannah montana audience 

#listen. im on my last few days of disney plus so im trying to finish watching everything i wanted to watch so i never have to pay the #walt disney corporation 8 dollars ever again but anyway i loved them with every ounce of my little 13 year old heart but even back then #i couldnt watch jonas i was like this is just.. TOO cringe sorry to say cringe but that's what it is ok it's too much and i could watch #studio dc live (does anyone remember that shit my god) over and over and over again ok but i couldnt i think i called it quits #on episode 3 when they were singing about the pizza girl like. could the producers have done anything more to show that #they were like being held against their will to make this show. no. but last week i finally watched the whole first season and it gets #better ? better is not the word but it idk becomes more disney channel watchable if u know what i mean and then ! i got to season 2 #and i was like hello what??? they literally just changed entire show lmao just completely rebranded in la and i was like ok #maybe this will be good ? and it's not im on episode 8 and there's only 13 but it's better than the first season god #also joe's hair is better and they finally realized macy was insufferable as a fangirl but it's so weird bc im not watching it on disney #channel so it doesnt seem kid centric u know what i mean? so it's just so weird to see it doesnt make sense it's exactly what i said #it's exactly like zoey 101 trying to be the oc but in a pg disney channel environment so it's like ? #but the real point is. if they HAD done a zoey 101 meets the oc kind of show but geared toward an oc one tree hill etc audience #now that would have been good or maybe not ! who knows ! but god the first season was such a bizarre storyline #like theyre themselves...but theyre in high school... also kevin is 21 but no one notices...but theyre still rockstars... #like it can only be done in hannah montana it just doesnt work ok bye im done talking about the jonas brothers and a 10 year old show #but one more thing the reason it's so bad at least jonas la is because like ok the storyline got kind of better and everyone seems #more mature and it kinda makes sense...but then they still throw in these 'wacky' disney channel type characters like stellas #aunt that i hate and then all of a sudden youre like oh. right. this is a kids show. ? right? like if they had just let it be without the #crazy wacky antics! ™ then it couldve been ok. idk.
