nooo omg feel free to use if you like them. the thing w krp is that it's weird? bc its basically an rp place where you can only rp people who are involved in the k-industry (other ethnicities are allowed as long as they have been, at one point or another, been involved in the korean ent industry). and bc its a closed rp, you’re not allowed to rp with others too. but even indie krp typically don’t rp with non kfcs (at least to my knowledge).

it's weird and gross and adding in the fact that mostly its western ppl who plays them and don't even bother like properly researching the culture aside from what they've seen on entertainment shows or kdramas. it's uncomfy for a lot of ppl as it reads as fetishizing.

( and some didnt even bother....theyre just....slapping their muses in there STILL behaving as if theyre in america or some western culture countries like baby seniority is a thing in most asian countries including sk and they rly out there talking w an attitude to older characters 💀 like im sorry did ur parents not raise you well?? but ur bg says ur from a good family 💀 )

ofc that doesn't mean that it's not okay to use kfcs or even set an rp in sk but just like.....don't say that you can only use kfcs you know? be inclusive of all ppl. dont fetishize don't stereotype. just be normal.

p.s.: i was mainly in krp back in....2014-5? i was a young teen and didn't know any better. i just thought krp is where asian muns write together (nope lol) and young!me liked the feeling of familiarity culture wise (just the general western vs eastern culture). at that time a lot of asian rpers wrote for that specific rp comm too. i met a lot of rpers from SG and PH and ML and a lot of ABCs. but then it got weird fast lmao but yeah tl;dr it's just weird
