honestly it depends. certain tags will not show in tumblr search so i'll have to use workarounds. like for example "#watersports" is flagged but "#piss kink" is fine. i cannot tag something as #nsfw without it getting flagged so instead i use "#breaking bad smut" and "#better call saul smut"

i'll always try to tag something that i think needs to be tagged and i'll put particularly sensitive content under a read more. on top of that i always list the kinks/anatomical terms i use in a post. beyond that it is your responsibility to not read something if you know it will upset you.
