one reason out of many why team fortress 2 is such a fun game is that there are so many different community servers out there. not only the valve official ones. they don't have to be downloaded from somewhere third party or anything, they can be accessed directly from the game menu. there are surf servers, jumping servers, friendly/silly servers, casual servers, competitive-like servers etc. so you can choose to play TF2 in whatever way you want. you don't even have to ever fight. you can have 2000 hours in the game and the majority of that being spent in silly servers where people stand in a circle eating sandviches and saying pootis-pow while someone micspams sans undertale music and there's a spray of garfield on the wall next to you. i mean how many other games out there are like this
