Smirking, Ranveer held it even higher. Rarely ever did he get the chance to annoy Raghav the same way he annoys him, and once he did, he wasn't going to let it go. "You want your phone? Then why don't you take it?"

Raghav stepped closer, reaching out his hand as high as he could, but still nowhere near his phone. The sound of Ranveer chuckling brought another wave of heat into his face. 

He grabbed Ranveer's bicep and tried to bring his arm down to his reach. The muscles flexed under his palm and- yeah, Raghav could not move it a single inch. Ranveer laughed harder, "Oh, come on, it's not even that high."

Raghav took another step, inches apart from pressing completely into Ranveer's torso. "Give. Me. My. Phone."

Ranveer's breath hitched, his laughter died in his throat. His thoughts centred on the brown almond eyes looking up at him, on his furrowed brow and the plush rose of his mouth. He dragged his eyes back to Raghav's gaze, and found him staring down at his lips. 

Their eyes met and oh. Ranveer felt heat spreading through his chest, through his entire body, crawling up into his face and down to his-

He felt a hard pull on his arm, and the phone dropped out of his hands. Raghav caught it mid-air with instant reflexes. He whooped loudly, "Hah! Got it. I told you-"

Ranveer looked away, trying to ease the hair prickling on the back of his neck. He cleared his throat, "You're- still short."

Raghav chose to reply with an action relying heavily on the use of a certain finger. His lips curled into a smug smile, a brilliant flush on his apple-cheeked face. Ranveer's heart skipped another beat.
