honestly i think the reason i havent gotten into bg3 like i did w da/me/cyberpunk is entirely bc of the lack of character customization

#none of the characters ive made really feel like mine ukno?? like roan is the only one who i think will stick w me #idk why them but #for all the focus on detail for people's faces you cant customize your own #and like. they focused so much on pores and laugh lines and dont get me wrong i LOVE it but compared to like. some clothing and weapons etc #idk im just mumbling about it #wytxt

cole says the inquisitor is "too bright, like counting birds against the sun" so is that more attractive to demons or less? the anchor lets them physically walk through the fade, but how else does it affect them? are they more or less prone to attract demons? if it's the former, especially if they aren't a mage, it must be such a huge adjustment

i just feel like inquisition missed so many opportunities for character development. it's like they way over corrected after how pre-made hawke was (while at the same time taking over the rest of hawkes story, forever bitter about that) by making the inquisitor so shallow and not giving you any actual interactions w people they knew before, with a very few exceptions. i've said it before but the inquisition is more of a character than the actual inquisitor

#idk how a merrill romancing hawke acts in inq but i imagine it's the same and like. the whole pretending to be disgusted by blood magic #is a fun headcanon but oh my god its frustrating #hawke should not have been there! inq makes them such a small and insignificant character and i absolutely hate it #WHY would they go to weisshaupt to tell the wardens what happened? can they not send letters anymore? the fuck #NONE of my hawkes would go. lee goes back to anders rian goes back to fenris #and there's no way anders is going to weisshaupt right. like no way lol #hawke says they hate leaving anders but had to bc of corypheus so why would they voluntarily go so far for no good reason? #also honestly why would hawke be looking into red lyrium with the wardens. the only one i can think of they would trust would be their sib #if theyre a warden. so. #ANYWAY.
