i love love love it when things work out for me today was so good !!!!

#salisha speaks #went to the gym and it was a bit overwhelming but i went !!!! #spend the rest of the day doing little things that made me happy like reading n crochething #and i just prepped a meal for lunch tomorrow !!! #small steps but good steps :-) #yknow gonna get a bit spiritual here but i did the Rooknachten and i pulled one oracle card for every new month of 2024 #and for january i got the Love card from that deck and its actually been so helpful? #like when i don't feel so good i can pull myself out of it by reminding myself that i am loved and that i can make choices #out of love instead of fear! and it will show change in my life!! #it feels comforting and safe :-) i love love
