Castillian/Madrid spanish accent really the worstt

#it is mostly my accent tbf but it's uhhh UGLY?? #you got those sometimes utterly incomprehensible but full of charm southern accent #you got that special ring in the galicia/asturias/cantabria accents. the basque accent has a nice tone to it too and catalonia/valencia #spanish accent is alright and canary islands is so pretty and flavory like most south american accents #but castille/madrid accent is so ugly 😭😭😭 #(obvs these are just the accents from spain) #but anyways sometimes it just hits me like a freaking wave. i was watching this docu on a spanish rock band from the 80s today and i had to #stop a moment when they showed the interviee footage from back in the day that's the strongest fucking castillian accent I've ever heard #it's terrible 😭 the singer has a very good diction though specially now that he's older #blabla
