Robin, being a literal outer god, can simply...put you to sleep. It's like being embraced by a warm darkness that makes you feel safe and drowsy. Robin is good at making people feel safe.

Alastor has a plethora of medications and sedatives at his disposal, but he also likes reading to you. He wants you to feel relaxed and at ease in his presence. He likes it when you have that sleepy, hazy quality while still being distinctly you. He's weird, but he loves you.

Zackarie has a low, deep voice, and he'll happily read or sing for you. He'll play low, gentle basslines that feel ambient and mellow, and he'll hold you. He uses his large size to help you feel nice and cozy, like a weighted blanket that has a very, very slight accent. He knows what it's like to not be able to sleep.

Yuuri, much like Zack, will sing for you. Her voice is naturally high and soft. She sounds like autumn creeping in, bathing everything in a gentle twilit glow. She knows lullabies, and she'll even play her koto for you. She'll also stroke your back until you doze off. She doesn't sleep; she can't, and she doesn't need to, but she'll watch over you in the meantime. She'll probably get work done as well.
