My grandma used to always make these peanut butter cookies with the Hershey kiss! My upstairs neighbor helped me with something today so I made them as a thank you gift. It was so nice being able to bake from scratch (read the instructions because it was def bagged cookie mix), get my hands into it (used an old ass handheld electric mixer) and cook with love! (Cussed as I didn't have vegetable oil so I had to use olive oil). They came out beautifully (my fucking oven burned the bottoms even though I followed the directions on the bag and even pulled them out a few mins early) and they taste so good! (Exactly mediocre. About 8% lower than prepackaged cookies)
