The girl frowned, what was all this about cages? While she didn't particularly know what he was talking about, she didn't fancy the idea of a flesh ripping cage. She swallowed thickly, her mind racing with endless scenarios and reactions. "I'll pass, thanks" Wendy couldn't help but admire the boy. She could recall all of their old ventures together to a t but she knew he couldn't or perhaps wouldn't.
As the seconds passed, Wendy became slowly uncomfortable at the silence that had nestled itself around the two, this time the simple scenario of walking away appealed to her every instinct. Except one. She stayed because it told her too, though now even it had grown weary of the boy. "Is that all? You see, I have somewhere to be. So if you'll excuse me.." She began taking little strides back the way she came, which just so happened to be the path Pan was blocking.

"Hmm" A shiver curled itself around the girls spine, keeping her in a hold which she couldn't really describe. She looked away from him before her fingers subconsciously drifted to a loose thread hanging from her blouse. The whole situation seemed wrong. She bit the very inside of her lip, her eyes falling to the ground they stood on. She could run, but did she really want to provoke him? After a threat like that she certainly wasn't willing to get in his bad side. After a few moments of silence her eyes drifted to his face once more, how many times had this face graced her dreams? How many times had it haunted her nightmares? Her entire body was at conflict with itself, her instincts told her to run but her heart told her to stay, her brain was conflicted to the true nature of the meeting between the two, could she put it down to coincidence? "Is there something you want or..?"

Wendy's jaw dropped before she quickly readjusted it, her mouth closing as quickly as it had opened "How crude.." She stated, her arms crossing over her chest, she was a lady, didn't he know any better? Her face became flushed slightly as she turned from him to examine a fruit bush, she knelt, and moved to pull a berry from it before catching s finger on one of the thorns that littered it's branches. She pulled her hand away, a gentle hiss escaping her lips and she fell back on to her behind. Placing the finger in her mouth to wash away them small speck of blood from it she muttered something under her breath. She frowned harder recalling what he had said beforehand "Slave?" Wendy turned her body to face him, dropping her hands to her side once again as she stood. The girls eyes locked with his once more, this time a untraceable spark hid behind them as her age old temper began boiling, threatening to spill. "What right do you have to address me like that?"

Caught Unawares.
@demonicpeterpan This wasn't the way Wendy imagined her downfall. Face to face with someone she once called a friend. She could only imagine her face, struck with a mixture between horror and undeniable shock. The girls insides churned with each passing second, her hands clenched into tight fists at her sides. Her teeth practically attacked the inside of her bottom lip as she locked eyes with her once saviour, the aura surrounding him made her breath hitch in her throat. Could this really be the boy she once knew? He looked the same and she was sure he wore the same forest green clothing since their first meeting. She mentally slapped herself. This wasn't Peter. He was someone different entirely. This was Pan. She wouldn't show him she was scared. She refused to. "Can I help you?" Venom practically dripped off each word she spoke, her brows knitted together in a barely visible frown. He had caught her unaware. Which she didn't expect. She had realised now that foraging late at night was more than likely not the smartest idea, especially not in the densest part of the woods, but Wendy knew for a fact that this is were the sweetest fruits grew. The girl was unarmed and unprepared. Her heart beat wildly in her heart as she attempted to control her breaths.

Regarding Weapons
Tumblr media
Hi guys.  Keep in mind that you’re on an island!  Most of your weapons will be hand made and will probably consist of:  Bows and arrows, spears, small daggers, sling shots, tomahawks, ect. (NO guns or anything futuristic!)
Long swords should only belong to pirates!  If you want one, write a para about stealing one off the Jolly Roger.

Wendy flinched gently when he snapped in her face, her brows knitting together in a slight frown. Her mouth and lips has become dry from the heat of the fire, she licked her lips, dragging her top lip between her teeth as she did so. The girls eyes flicked to scan Felix's face, looking for any kind of indication of what he wanted.
Her breath hitched in her throat as he grabbed her arm, she wasn't used to actual contact. Others on the island simply told her what to do and where to go. Being grabbed and pulled towards what he wanted her to do was another thing altogether.
Wendy's stomach turned once more, a small shiver of fear curling down her spine as she handed him the knife, the sickly feeling spread throughout her body as she stood practically motionless apart from the barely visible shaking of her knees.

Wendy took a barely noticeable step backwards as he came forward, the speed in which the stick was ripped from her hands made her palms burn, her hands balled into small fists at her sides, he wasn't like the other inhabitants, there was a sense of danger that surrounded him. The girl didn't scare easily but she had to admit she wouldn't want to get on his bad side.
She remained silent, her eyes locked with his, the bird song had stopped, as if they themselves knew there was something wrong with the figure from the shadows. Wendy's reared her gaze from his to look at her hands, there were red and gently skinned, she winced gently, biting her lip.
Now Wendy wasn't afraid of pirates, she wasn't afraid of large men disarming her, she wasn't afraid of the defaming silence that had seemed to entrap the two. But Wendy could tell there was something about the person stood before her, there was something wrong. Something very wrong.

The girl gave a gentle laugh at the comment the boy made “No, I’m no demon” She sighed gently, withdrawing her hand “You can eat most fruits on the island, just avoid the Blue and Yellow berries at all costs.” She recalled her first time in the island, the yellow berries had made her hallucinate horrific beasts so she had refused to so much as touch the berries since.
Wendy’s eyes drifted to the Jolly Roger, she traced her fingers across the boat softly. “So your a pirate?” The girls eyes locked with his once more as she raised a single eyebrow “Your not going to try and kidnap me are you?” The girl laughed softly, Pirates were no longer the biggest threat on the island. Besides Lucas seemed more rational than the others.

Wendy's stomach flipped, as she took the knife in her hand, Felix locked his eyes with hers, and for some reason she felt trapped. A deer in the headlights. A mouse in a cage seemed a lot more fitting. She didn't have a clue what her wanted her to do with the knife exactly so she she simply held it in her fingertips, her eyes still entrapped by his own "I-I uh.." She couldn't speak. The girl shut her mouth quickly as she managed to drag her eyes from his own taunting set. The cool metal made shivers creep down her spine, he was tormenting her purposefully. She could tell.
Wendy let her gaze fall to the knife in her hands, it was cold and heavier than she expected, she turned it in her hands, admiring every minuscule detail of it, it was a beautiful blade that was for sure. The girls eyes fell upon the campfire, it's flames dancing wildly as if intoxicated with some kind of overpowering alcohol. She allowed herself to become lost in its embers, the world around her slowly dissolving into nothing, her breathing slow and the blade still spinning in her hand.

“Well your a hero to me” Wendy sighed gently, playing with a small button on the front of her blouse “How long have you been here for?” The girl raised her eyebrows gently, looking up at the boy. The height difference between the two was perfect with Wendy being about shoulder height to Damien. She sunk to the floor, sitting on a patch of dry grass and leaning back again a bush big enough to support her weight. “I mean I know we don’t know how long it’s been in reality but..” Wendy frowned, picking at the grass. Reality. What a joke. Severland was the only reality the inhabitants on the island knew. There was no way off the island. Only by dying could you escape the Tyrant that held all the power, even then your body never left. The home you had once came from was now a distant memory, never to be seen again. “Sorry, I got lost in my thoughts again.” Wendy let out a soft laugh, looking up at the boy again, wincing when the sun hit her eyes “It’s beautiful here isn’t it? I mean it’s safer than most places” The island was dangerous, that the girl knew for certain, but perhaps she had found somewhere where she could escape to, a safe haven of sorts.

Damien gave her a small smile, giving a wave as to say ‘your welcome’. He wasn’t very good with thank you’s, he never knew what to say in return. Most of the time he was just use to doing things by orders, so when people said thank you he felt almost awkward.
“As long as you’re okay, then we’re good.”
He bent down a bit when the girl reached for the flower, forgetting he had even had them in his hair in the first place. Watching her made Damien laugh. Since the male didn’t have much of a childhood, he never understood the concept of playing, or even make believe. It was like a foreign language to him. He rubbed the back of his head in an awkward manner, taking the flower from her and placing it in her hair instead of his own.
“Trust me, I am no hero.”

Wendy had never met a pirate. Nor did she really wish to, she simply seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The girl had simply been exploring a little, the only reason she found herself on the beach was due to the fact it was one of the more 'safer' places. The boy had startled her more than she had hoped, he hadn't been here before, she could tell by the way his eyes scanned the landscape as if it were full of opportunity. He was wrong. The second the pirate began speaking Wendy's heart raced, she was at a disadvantage due to the fact she had no kind of weapon or defence, she had to admit she was intimidated. But she couldn't let him see that, he might use it against her. "Well I know which fruits are edible but apart from that, I can't really help." Wendy extended her hand to the boy before her "I'm Wendy, Wendy Darling." The girl smiled softly, scanning the boys face with her eyes, she did this without making any kind of eye contact. It took a few moments for her eyes to lock with his, a small shiver crept down her spine as the silence between the two became slowly deafening.

Lucas Settler laid his head on the edge of the ship and watched the waves fight against the Jolly Roger. The sky that he wished was blue and pure was red and frightening. He heard cries of the children and he had to admit he sometimes contributed to that melody. Whenever the Pirates heard the cries they all would pretend not to hear it. Lucas sometimes wanted his child to be here in Severland so he could apologize to them and tell them that he was sorry and a coward. But most of the time he hoped that his child never even heard the stories of J.M Barrie so they would not even think of coming to Peter Pan’s hell hole. When the boat docked, Lucas took his sword and satchel and walked out to get more food and supplies for the boat. He sniffed and realized he smelled something that smelt exactly like the pizza from a little restaurant in near his apartment. He knew it was a game that the island was playing with him but it smelled so real and so good. He put his hand over his belly and looked around the area and saw no fruit or animals he could eat. However he heard a footsteps and turned his head to see a figure. “Hello, you wouldn’t happen to have food would you?”

Wendy let out a small sigh, biting her lip softly, she didn't really know what to say, and by the amount of force the boy was using with his dagger made a small lump form in her throat. He was right in some sense she'd obviously crosses some kind of line with Felix which upset the girl. All she wanted was to make him feel better not worse, her hand came to rest on his knee, as she couldn't think of what to say, she decided to use actions rather than words.
"I'm sorry Felix." The reply was simple, she wasn't one to lie or be spiteful, her mother had always been taught that manners made the lady. She cleared her throat gently, her hand moving from its place on his knee to her own "I didn't mean to cross any kind of line"
Her fingers drifted to the end of her nightgown and began fiddling with the frayed ends of thread. The silence had become almost deafening, she willed him to speak, to do something, to explode at her, to lash out, to forget it. But she needed some kind of response from him. Anything.

The girls heart beat wildly in her chest as her fingertips gripped the boys clothing, she hadn't planned on falling, well not from that height at least. This was such a cliche that Wendy inwardly groaned, as she was placed on her unsteady feet, her pink face became more evident. "Thanks.."
The girl eased her finger tips from the boys clothing, using them to straighten her nightgown "I'm fine, just thankful you were here otherwise I'm pretty sure that would've hurt a lot more." She let out a gentle laugh, pulling one of the flowers from his hair, the blue one he was fiddling with earlier.
She did a mock curtsy, bowing her head and holding out the flower to him "For my hero." Wendy's eyes were bright, a small smile plastered on her face. Make-believe was one of her favourite games from home, she used to play it constantly with her brothers so it was almost second nature to her.

Although it may not have seemed that Damien was paying attention, every one of his nerves were on edge as the female climbed the tree. His hands were buried deep within his pockets, and his eyes were unfocused, staring at whatever caught his interest, but his senses were paying attention to every move the girl made.
As if on cue, the girl slipped from the tree. Damien had moved before the girl even let out her cry. He spun, his arms out stretched and ready to catch the falling girl. His body had moved on its own almost, his instincts taking over before his mind had the chance to catch up.
With a small grunt, he caught the girl bridal style, brining her close to his chest so he had more support. The muscles within his arms quivered ever so slightly as he let out a deep breath, glancing down at the Wendy. He gave her a small smile, slowly easing her feet down onto the ground. He kept an arm around her back, incase she was still unsteady, and let out a small ‘tsk’.
“I told you to be careful. You alright, Wendy?”

"I will.." The girls hands gripped onto certain parts of the branches, she made sure she has a tight grip before pulling herself up. She sat over the branch that had the apples hanging from it, reaching out with her fingertips to grab onto the piece of fruit she desired. Wendy pulled back, Apple in hand and began climbing down again. After a few moments of carefully descending the tree, she was only a few feet off the floor. But she was more interested in reaching the ground than doing so safely.
And of course the obvious thing happened, her foot slipped, throwing Wendy off balance, she attempted to grip onto one of the branches before tumbling backwards. The fruit she held in her hand went flying as did she. She knew that this was going to leave a few bruises.
While she was faking time seemed to slow, a million and one thoughts rushed through her head as a unexplained sound ripped from her throat. It was a mixture between a cry and a whimper. The girl attempted to curl into a ball, as if to lesser the impact.
Teach me to Sing again.
Damien raised his eyebrows. Him? Beautiful? This girl was too innocent. How did someone so sweet end up here on this horrid island? He just stared at her and blinked, unsure as to how to respond to her comment.
He was about to ask why she was on the island, but her words came out quicker. Either she was new to the island, or she was just trying to find small talk. Damien decided it was probably the latter. He watched her begin to climb the tree and his eyes widened a bit.
Who knew…
He went to stand beneath her and tilted his head up to gaze at her. The tree wasn’t to tall, but just in case she needed help, he decided to stand guard. It may not seem like it, but Damien had a huge protective streak, since no one had ever had one for him.
“Nah I’m okay, you just be careful up there.”

She smiled softly "I think your beautiful with flowers in your hair" her small hand adjusted a flower gently before she pulled backwards, admiring her work. Her cheeks became slightly pinker as she locked eyes with him once more. Her mind constantly told her 'Stop Wendy your making things awkward.' 'Wendy look away now.' But no matter how hard she tried she couldn't seem to tear her eyes from the boy stood before her.
A few moments passed before the silence had become too awkward. "What's safe to eat here..?" She changed the subject, her face turning to a particular bush full of delicious looking fruits. But quickly decided against it. While she had been here a long time, she'd often only eaten the things she recognised from home.
The girls eyes searched the perimeter until it locked onto a large, juicy looking green apple. She chewed her lip, making her way over to the tree, it was tall yet easily climbable. "Want an apple..?"
Teach me to Sing again.
Damien looked down at the girls comment, letting out yet another awkward cough. He didnt know how to act when people complimented him. He just gave her an awkward smile.
The smile stayed on his face as he watched her spin on her heels and begin to put flowers in her own hair. Something about her movements were so graceful, so calming to watch.  Although Damien loved thrills, they were the things that could truly calm him, watching Wendy place flowers in her hair gave him a new kind of calm.
When she stumbled into him he had caught her, quickly holding her steady and looking down into her eyes. He gave her a small shrug, releasing her arms when she spun away once more.
Her laugh was contagious, it caused Damien to chuckle as well. He placed one last flower within Wendy’s hair, forming a crown of flowers that weaved within her curls. Damien could only imagine how ridiculous he looked with a bunch of flowers in his hair, but it had suited her perfectly.
“Trust me, you look great all on your own, I think I’m dragging you down.”
