25 | he/him | gay | gainer | feeder | Love teasing, humiliation, that kind of stuffSW: 143 CW: 210 lbs | GW: 230We’ll see what I want after I reach my goal weight
My friend was skinny and fit back in high school thanks to his 4 years on the track team, but after graduation, he stopped running and quickly started piling on the pounds.
Whenever we hang out now, a few years later, we usually just relax and eat at his place since he’s too fat and lazy for most physical activities.
Recently, he’s even been pressuring me to let myself go like he has: “hey man, how do you feel about becoming a proper fat guy? You've already developed a pair of moobs and your belly's starting to hang over that waistband, so why not go all in? Best decision I ever made,” he said with a satisfied grin, leaning back and patting his ample gut.
don't skimp out on veggies (find a way to make them delicious!)
bulk foods like rice and potatoes and pasta tend to be cheap and easy to prepare
don't neglect your physical health (a short daily walk and some stretches go a long way towards preventing back/knee pain!)
get some oversized clothes you can wear anytime as a backup if you ever outgrow something
don't let other people tell you when to stop or what is too much, know your own limits
understand that the changes you're making to your body are permanent. you can't really undo being fat. You have to be okay with being fat permanently.
if the food you're eating isn't delicious or you're not enjoying the process, either change it up or accept that it isn't for you.
on some level you have to accept that you don't have full and total control over how your body ends up. You have to be okay with ending up bigger or smaller than you wanted, or not having the exact shape you'd like. fat distribution is different for everybody, think of it as a process of discovery rather than a process with a strict goal body in mind.
