Hero/Villain Prompt

The hero fell to their knees in front of the villain. They had history; they used to be inseperable. The two did everything together; but that changed the day Villain did.

Now, Hero was bloody and beaten within an inch of their life. They could only find one thing to say; “I believe in you, (Villain).” Villain knelt down and Hero leaned on them for support.

Villain patted their wounded friend’s back and hugged them to their chest. “Good, because I’m going to find whoever did this to you and I will make them pay.”

Random words of wisdom...about superheros

Be your own hero. I know it sounds silly, but hear me out. I have this problem where i put others ahead of me, and i always put myself down because i 'havent accomplished as much as they have', and person reading this-if you ever have any thought similar to this. Please please please. Remind yourself that you are your own hero. And heros can't compare themselves to others because... whats the point?? Batman can compare himself to superman all he wants, but he can't fly. He never will be able to hold disco parties with his lazer eyes. And he will never, ever have the courage to wear his underpants outside his suit. And who blames him? Who, honestly, would rather have a disco party holding, underpant on the outside of your suit wearing, flying batman? No one! U know what everyone does honestly want? *batman*. Tl;dr- don't be a superman when your a batman. Dont be a batman when your a superman. Be you. You is good! You are a hero, and never, ever, pretend to be a diffrent hero. Because spolier alert-if your off pretending to be superman and protecting his city, who's protecting yours. (not superman, he's do busy pretending to be wonder woman)
