not being really overweight but not being thin is a weird place because you never look quite as good as your friends and you’re in that spot that everyone tells you “you’re not fat!” but doesn’t want to say you’re thin and no matter if your weight shifts you always sort of look the same to yourself and in some situations you can hide your appearance but in others its alarmingly obvious, and buying clothes is like a luck of the draw as to if you’ll look thin or huge because it feels like there isn’t an in between

don’t panic
remember: 1 pound = 3500 kcal
so you would have to have eaten 3500 calories above your TDEE to have gained even a single pound
it’s okay if you ate today. one day doesn’t ruin your progress. be kind to yourself and don’t weigh yourself tomorrow morning, because whatever the scale says isn’t true

Binge? Never heard of her.
what to do when you’re about to binge or when you’re fasting.
🌻 Number a paper 1-24 and add a little design before the one. Whenever an hour passed cut down/cross out a number. This shows you you’re so close to reaching your goal and it’s pretty motivating. I learned this from another account and it’s a good idea!
✨ Look at your stomach and suck it in. You can be that if you don’t eat those chips.
🌻Read some meanspo! I have one myself that I wrote awhile back if you want to read that and look at other meanspo!
✨Read a book, this will keep your focused.
🌻If you’re still in school, do extra credit or homework to keep yourself busy.
✨Watch some eating disorders movies lol.
🌻Watch TV, Movies,?YouTube videos.
✨Look at some thinspo.
🌻Everytime you have the urge to binge, drink 21 oz. of water and go walk.
✨Do light workouts or go for a nice long walk.
🌻Paint your nails, keeps you entertained and restricted from doing many things.
✨Go online shopping (you don’t have to buy) but it keeps you entertained.
🌻Go on Pinterest.
✨Drink some tea and water, it’s all pretty filling.
🌻Chew on crushed ice.
✨Chew on sugar free gum.
🌻If you don’t need to eat it then don’t eat it.

a small vent
sometimes when i lay down on the bed and start to think about everything. i often think about the things i do and what could be the possible exact reason for it.
most of the things i do is just to feel numb and get away from feeling drained and heavy chested from the daily emotional abuse.
it’s also for the acceptance and pleasure for others where they can look at me and think beauty or i really want to be like them or be their friend. that’s the dream.
but then i remember that in 1 year I’ll move out. I won’t have to deal with a emotionally abusive mother, a deadbeat alcoholic father, and two brothers; i really have nothing to say about them they’ve been more of a parent to me.
i won’t feel stuck anymore.
i won’t feel useless anymore.
i hope i won’t feel that among many emotions anymore.
i just want to die. i want to feel permanently numb to everything except the feeling of the slight burn of the whiskey going down my throat and the little tingling feel it leaves on my lips.

Think of why you’re doing this and what other results can come out. Do it for the skinny waist. Do it for the clear skin from only drinking water and eating salads. Just imagine for once looking into the mirror and feeling contempt. Being able to go for a messy unkempt look and still getting compliments. Looking down and not having to feel the small double chin.
Get your butt out there and run. Doesn’t matter if you’re jogging but don’t you dare walk. Did you have practice already? Aw I’m sorry but do you want a skinny body? Go do 75 sit ups and 30 Russian twists. Don’t you dare think about eating a single piece of food after 7pm, doesn’t matter if it’s just fruit.
No more junk. No more bread. No more sugar. No more coffee. No more sodas. No more dairy. Nothing over 400 that’s your limit.
200 calorie salads can be half of your intake and make the rest fruits and vegetables.

what i eat 🌻💓
in this series, i will be giving out multiple options of foods i eat. Whether it’s a snack or meal :)
morning🌞
- I always drink a glass of water when I wake up
- Green tea/ black tea
*i usually don’t eat until 5:30 PM but if i do eat it’s around 1pm*
afternoon (1 pm*)-
• 4 crackers of Goodthins Veggie blend
(16 cal. Total )
OR
• 2 medium sized strawberries cut into quarters (8 calories total)
afternoon (5 pm*)-
i drink a lot of water or lemon & ginger tea throughout this time!!
• 3 strawberries cut into quarters, 1 kiwi cut in half, 1/3 of a banana.( 120 calories )
• 1 slice of 12 grain bread, nearly 1/2 of organic turkey slice. 6 slices of cucumber (120 calories)
^ i have to eat bread and some meat because i do swim and cross country!
• 5 pieces of watermelon, cucumber, 1/3 of a cup of spinach, 2 strawberries cut. with a side of Activia yogurt (143 calories) (53 calories w/out yogurt)
I never eat anything after 7 :)
