I’ve never bought a cardigan so I ordered an XL/2XL but before I could cancel it, the shipment was placed so I contacted their support & ordered a M/L separately… How long do you think it’ll take them to get back to me & will I get a refund? Also, I have long arms so my main concern is that the M/L will be short… Is that common?

You’ll have to return it once you get it, and it seems like you can initiate that through the website now. Refunds usually take 7-10 days after they get the item back. Idk about the sizing.
