I am aware that three posts before i was talking about how i finally felt good enough to start writing again BUT the universe has decided it was a challenge.

A lot of things have happened since then. Awful things, leaving everything in my life in the worst state they've been in a long time, maybe ever. Everything is crashing down around me and the straw that broke the camel's back happened a few hours ago before i went to sleep.

So I doubt this is much of a surprise but i will be going on a indefinite Hiatus. I just don't know what I'm doing anymore and I'm sorry.

my laptop is hanging by a thread (and i mean it, it's incredibly frustrating and slow to even make a post on here), but it's been a minute and i figured I should show a few signs of life!

I am doing relatively okay, overwhelmed by life, but less than I was the last several months. you know this type of period where getting out of bed feels like an impossible task and you let yourself rot away because everything else is too difficult? I let myself get dragged by those feelings until I had nothing to do, feel, enjoy. But now i'm better-ish and I can say how much I've missed writing!

I tried several times to push through but always deleted everything I wrote (there must be around 1k more words drafted that made it through my "delete everything" phases" and it's been so long I don't even remember where I left off :'))

I can't promise an update or fast writing still, but I want to slowly but surely get back into this. It made me happy, and I want to get my beloved characters to the end of their story at some point in my lifetime lol.

Xander doesn't like cinemas but he goes with Charlotte to see Barbie.

Perceval goes to watch Barbie with Majid and they end up humming some of the soundtrack for days after.

Dione doesn't watch any, but she might see Barbie months after because Perceval suggested it.

Crescent goes to watch Barbie but books the wrong movie and ends up seeing Oppenheimer while being mildly confused and eating popcorn in horror.
