2017. This meme references two fairly popular shows in American Television. 

First, the phrase comes from the 21st season of the ABC show the Bachelor, episode 7. Fan favorite and villain of the season, Corrine Olympios, was planning to seduce 4th time reality show star, Nick Viall, and in a confessional said “My heart is gold but my vagine is platinum”. Corrine was notorious for speaking her mind, standing up for herself as well as taking naps and having a nanny at age 24. 

Second is the landlady from Futurama, of whom, some say has a close resemblance to the Crazy Cat Lady from The Simpsons. It is interesting to note that The Simpsons and Futurama have the same creator, Matt Groening. In the episode where this screenshot was captured, Season 6 Episode 14 Neutopia, the Futurama characters go through a gender swap. The landlady is well known for calling her genitals “kajigger,” which in this episode, turns into what she refers to as a “wachacallit.”
