I just wanted to say I'm selfishly really happy to see that you're making moomins art again bc your art and your fic were such a massive inspiration to me and established the vibe that I aspired to find in my own work. if it wasn't for you I would never have started the project that's been most dear to my heart over the past two years. you've shaped so much of my early experience with the moomins and notably defined the way snufmin feels to me, my favourite tropes for them that I just keep going back to all the time, and the kind of stories that I seek out for them. at a time like this when I'm so burnt out I think I sorely needed to see your work and be reminded of how much of a mark it left on me and how much I loved this series before. it's like refreshing, it clears my mind of all the muck that accumulated throughout the pandemic and helps me see clearly again. and it just makes me happy

oh my god, this is such an honor, im really so very happy that my work has helped you in that way!!! i genuinely dont think i can express in words how much this means to me, seriously i cant thank you enough for likin my silly lil fics and drawings. it means the entire world to me that you enjoy what i create, truly and honestly i couldn’t be happier to hear this <3
