“Yes, always. I never believe you.” Emily laughed with him. She was happy to be spending time with Josh, he was someone that she always felt relaxed around. “Oh, give me a few drinks and I will probably be leading you into the dark. You may as well start making the choices now.” Emily teased, flashing him a smile. “Eh, maybe be less of an asshole. But I say that every year but it never seems to work.” She laughed. “Yourself?” 

“I know. It’s an actual problem. I lied to you one time about eating your fries and now you just never believe anything I ever say,” he joked with a small chuckle. Ever since Josh’s divorce, he had had a hard time, but spending time with Emily always made him feel better. It made him forget all the shit that was going on. “Leading me into the dark? Was that supposed to be a come on or a death threat because it kind of sounded like both!” he laughed as he drove. “You musth ave a weird view of yourself because I’ve never related you to the word asshole. I don’t know. I figure just try to stay positive and move forward.”

“Mmmmh, sure you do.” Emily teased with a laugh. She couldn’t help but roll her eyes but offered him a smile. “Fine, thank you. My charming husband.” She grinned at him. “Nah, you’re good.” Emily said as they jumped into the car. Emily was looking forward to a night of relaxing with Josh and just getting to cut loose. “Hey, whatever works for you!” Emily laughed, giving him a wink.  

“Are you questioning my motives, Rickards?” he played, laughing a bit. “That’s more like it. You’re very welcome my hacker wife,” he teased her with a smile. “Hey, don’t leave all the decisions up to me. That’s not going to end well,” he said, laughing as he got in the car and pulled out onto the road. “So, have you made any new years resolutions?” he asked as he drove forward.

Emily smirked at him when he said that. “You know you aren’t playing my husband or Prince Charming right now, you can drop it.” She teased him. Emily was glad to see Josh and that they could still remain friends out of filming, it was a short movie which meant it was a short shoot but it was still one of the best things she ever had. “I sure am.” Emily smiled. “Good, cause if we don’t get a seat you will either be holding or wearing these heels.” Emily teased. 

“Hey! I resent that!” Josh laughed. “I just have a  naturally charming personality. Besides, I’m not telling any lies, so am I not allowed to pay a compliment?” he mused, walking with her to his car. “Unless of course it makes you uncomfortable. Then I will stop,” he stated. “Alright,” he replied, laughing, holding the car door open for her. “Well, how about I hold one and wear the other?” he joked, getting in the car.

Making Sidekick had been on of the highlights of her year. She got to make a film with some of her favourite people who lived close by to her but due to the nature of her work, all of their work, they seldom got to see each other. She was proud of what they created and was even more so when they all got closer during the filming process. When Josh had suggested that they go for drinks, Emily wasn’t going to turn that down, not when she had been missing him. 

After he had sent a time to be there Emily jumped in the shower before fixing her make up and adding a slight curl to her blonde hair and the putting on a black dress that nice but still casual enough for the bar they were heading too. Finishing her look with some red lipstick and some perfume. She was looking forward to this. When her door went she smiled and went to answer. “Hey you!” She beamed at him, going to hug him and place a kiss on his cheek. 

Josh waited for Emily to open the door, checking his surroundings as he did so. He heard the door open and turned to look forward again, a smile on his face. “Hey, Emily! Hello!” his smile was wide as he returned the hug, kissing her opposite cheek. “It’s so good to see you. You look... beautiful, but what else is new,” he said, chuckling softly. “Are you ready to head out? Perhaps we can get there and get some seats before the New Years Eve crowds start showing up,” he said, chuckling a bit as he put his arm out to her to lead her to his car.

I’ve only seen the first five episodes from season one and an episode from season five…I think? Good point, I think I’m going to have a marathon of the show now that I’m Belle ;) Ha, I actually liked your ‘promoting’. I want to continue it, it’s one of the few shows I enjoyed from the first episodes. I’ve seen photos of the girl who plays Elsa but someone told me that Hercules is part of the show too? At some point? I’m excited for that! I need to stop hiding and try to be social but at the same time I’m too awkward. A few years? That’s so cool. If I ever get lost, can I call you?

One random episode from season five? Well, that’s interesting. So... you still have a long way to go, but I can’t expect Emma Watson to have a ton of free time to watch my show, so I’m honored that you’ve watched six episodes. You should. We have a very excellent and unique Beauty and the Beast plot. Well if you start to watch it, then please tell me how you’re enjoying it or what you think. Yes, we just had Hercules as part of the show! That was a lot of fun. We also just introduce Aladdin and Jasmine. Well, hey, you’re socializing right now with me! Of course you can call me if you ever get lost.

I agree. They are special and we definitely need more of them in the world. Especially with everything going on right now. I don’t think that it sounds silly at all. It is beautiful here isn’t it? It’s good to get away sometimes and just enjoy the scenery and the natural parts of Earth. It’s nice to stop and smell the roses, as they say. I do know the city, very, very well. Absolutely. I’ve been keeping myself busy lately but I’ll find some free time to catch up. I need to be honest and tell you that I’m still in season one, yikes. I really liked it though, I bet it gets more interesting! Ha, yes a month! Well you only have... five more seasons? I feel like you should definitely watch it now that you’re Belle ;). Or maybe I’m just shamelessly promoting. It does get more interesting. We go to places like Oz and Neverland and that one place Frozen takes place-- the name is escaping me right now. Well, hiding is okay. I’ve been here for a few years now, yeah. Pretty accustomed to the place.
