So do any of y'all know Hello Charlotte? I first stumbled on it around 5-7 years ago and rewatched an entire playthrough like Ich 2-3 years ago. I just remembered the game and i remember really liking it but being unable to wrap my head around the story, even back then. On Youtube i can't find a "the plot of Hello Charlotte explained" Video so i'm putting my hope on tumblr because there's always people here that know the most niche and obscure things.

So if any of the people who understand the plot of these games sees this post, PLEASE infodump on me IM BEGGING YOU-

Are You Satisfied Lyric write-up (Unity AU)

I was pulling out my hair

- Nanda clawing at their wool in the carriage

The day I got the deal,

- back in the mornig Ratau telling them about the engagement and that they should get ready to leave

chemically calm

- Nanda's face shows not much emotion

Was I meant to feel happy that my life

- back in the carriage, Nanda looks at the white robes they have to put on

Was just about to change?

- they look outside as the scene fades out

One life pretending to be the cat who got the cream

- at the first meeting, Nanda rising from their bow and widening their eyes slightly at the sight of Narinder

Oh, everybody said, "Marina Leader is a dreamer"

- some people from their church (esp corey tho) saying that smiling

People like to tell you what you're gonna be

- First night in their new room they sit on their bed with their knees to their chest, hiding their face

It's not my problem if you don't see what I see

- Nanda arguing with Narinder, they look pissed

And I do not give a damn if you don't believe

- Still arguing but sarcastic smile

My problem, it's my problem

- they do the angry Finger-chest-poking thing on Narinder

That I never am happy

- just more pissed nanda yelling, Narinder widening his eyes ever so slightly

It's my problem, it's my problem

- they turn away to leave

On how fast I will succeed

- they walk away without looking back, Narinder looks after them

High achiever, don't you see?

- fancy scene switch by nanda walking and their fleece working as a sort of curtain

Baby, nothing comes for free

- they're sitting at a desk, each word adds a higher pile of Papers and a candle buring down lower . On "free" the candle is all burned down, there are high piles of Papers and they just lay on their desk

They say I'm a control freak

- Nanda walking past some people whispering gossip

Driven by a greed to succeed

- a fabricated Version of nanda (a completely Black shadow thing aside from their clothes and a big, white grin) climbing on Narinders lap and seducing Narinder

Nobody can stop me

- the Real nanda keeps walking with a determined gaze

'Cause it's my problem if I want to pack up and run away

- they throw a book againist a wall in their room

It's my business if I feel the need to smoke and drink and sway

- nanda getting drunk in their room, each beat in the Melodie adding more empty bottles on the floor

It's my problem, it's my problem if I feel the need to hide

- drunk nanda goes to Narinder, hiding within his embrace

And it's my problem if I have no friends and feel I want to die

- tears run down their face as they hold onto Narinder tightly

Are you satisfied with an average life?

- (still drunk and sad) Nanda on Narinders lap, looking up at him

Do I need to lie to make my way in life?

- they take his hand and put it on their chest where their heart is

Are you satisfied with an easy ride?

- they turn to the side, hiding their face against Narinders torso once more

Once you cross the line, will you be satisfied?

- they hold tightly onto his hand and his clothes

I have no idea if this will be canon or not, but it does fit lol.

Here's what i roughly mean with shadow (except the clothes still have their original color. I was just lazy lol)

This is basically the public view from the people of Nanda. Because they're just a commoner, despite their feats, people are convinced they just seduced Narinder for power since the people dont know how or why they're engaged in the first place.

You can't say "yellow cat was the only one to see Leshy cry since childhood" and not elaborate /lh

Lmaooo what i mean with that is, someone as prideful as Leshy definetly doesnt just cry whenever he feels like it and considering his weird world view of "i need to proof myself" started when he was a kid i'm sure he just stopped crying alltogether when he could help it bc "crying is weak and i cant be weak", dealing (or rather non-dealing for some part ig lol) with his emotions in different ways. (chaos and violence whoop whoop)

So when he opens up to yellow cat he feels so safe that he allows himself this "weakness" because this emotion to feel seen is so strong. Yellow cat is the only one who's heard Leshy's painful wailing bc i guarantee you bro also didnt cry when he lost his eyes. Over the many many years so much stuff was bottled up and in this moment everything comes out in the forms of very heartbreaking sobs and wails.

Upon their first meeting nanda is dressed in precious white robes and a camelia in their wool.

I am in the process of noting down the plot, specific scenes etc to maybe one day write this into a proper fic. When i wrote out Nandas Initial appearance i immediately wanted to doodle it.

YEAH!! They just learn they're a great Team together! It'll also do a lot when the lamb realizes that this prideful prick that's worshipped as a god actually shows feelings. Like the first time Narinder openly shows them a genuine laugh or that he's sad will do much for the lamb to realize "he's just a person too"

I had an idea for a royal AU thingy

So, Narinder and the other bishops are royalty or nobility or something. One day, baiscally out of nowhere, Narinder is betrothed. Like his parents or Shamura or whatever just announced "oh yeah you're engaged now". Obviously this doesn't sit right with Narinder at all and he tries to argue, but it's pointless. The decision is made and he can't do anything about it. Thing is, he's never told who he's betrothed to. He thinks it's just a noblewoman for more land or a trade. Then he meets his new fiance, as they are required to move in.

The fiance is a lamb of lower status, very recently got their hands in the church and accumulating small wealth through it. The church is very influential, espacially since it effectively worshipped the royal family, so it initially didnt surprise Narinder all that much to be betrothed with a priest. Except the lamb wasn't even a proper priest, yet somehow they got a small church away from the capital an almost cult following. It became one of the strongest churches. Oh well, Narinder thought, a religious figure that preached about him? Might as well be devoted so it might make this entire ordeal somewhat managable.

And at first the lamb was very polite and kind. And then, probably because they saw Narinder (or any of the siblings in fact) wasn't as godly as the scriptures made the royal family out to be, they started standing their ground and making demands of their own, even if it was just asking for something small like "can you please give me the thing over there? You're closer to it." Narinder, obviously, wasn't one to follow this commoner's will.

These 2 bickered and fought CONSTANTLY, it's gotten to a point where no one was surprised anymore when they'd hear yelling from afar or see scratches, bites and bruises on the 2. They could not sit in a room for 5 minutes before one of them would start a fight. The lamb's chatty and Narinder's prideful nature didn't help at all.

But over time they slowly got accustomed to eachother and realized they work well together, be it in planning or combat (which the lamb was also surprisingly skilled at). So as much as they still bickered, there was no bad blood. The original dread of being betrothed turned into a well working partnership. They started to question if they could eventually love too, not knowing they were already secretly pining. Narinder was the first one to show actual affection through, feeling comfortable to hold them. The lamb didnt refuse so it's not his Problem. (who is he kidding? He wouldnt stop even if the lamb would bite his hand for it and kick him. Not like they never did that before and their wool is warm and soft so he doesnt care)

The other siblings just watched amused at their pining, making bets how long until they finally kissed and confessed their love.

Edit: oh yeah, the Lamb didnt initiate the Engagement either. It was just 2 forces above them going "yeah this random guy who made the church more powerful and the third prince should marry" (ofc this isnt exactly how it went but yeah). The lamb didnt know Jack-shit either, only being told of the Engagement the day they were told to move to the Palace lmao
