The merc laughs at that as he knocks back some of his drink. "Nothin' really new, mech. Finding some new caches to plunder, I'll shoot ya the location." He waves the 'tender to refill their glasses as he glances over at him.

"How about you? I'm all right with more wrestling. Hell, ain't had a good fight since the last time we tied into it."

An amused laugh escapes him as he ambles across the path towards the aforementioned establishment. He briefly lets go of Blaze so that he can settle at the bar- and carefully take the offered highgrade. It's less a lack of trust, and more a test of the potency of the highgrade that he uses the top of his glossa to check the methane level.

His HUD pops up with >52.6%, much higher than the weaker stuff he's used to at worse bars. His grin stretches into something delighted as he taps the rim of his glass against Blaze's. "Right back atcha, Blaze. S'good t'see ya again, mech." He takes the first mouthful, rumbling in delight as the burn starts at the back of his intake, and flows down to his tank with the strength of a depth charge. "Frag me runnin', that's good slag."

Deadlook arches one orbital ridge at this, but allows himself a half-smirk as he crosses his arms over his chest. Teasing is something he can't help, especially when it comes to the flamboyant flamester of Nyon." "Got it in one, mech. And who do I have the pleasure of addressin'."

The smirk that morphs into a slag eating grin is really Roddy's clue that the merc means absolutely none of it.

Rodimus floofs out his plating to look bigger and lightly bounces back and forth on the balls of his pedes - but he’s also got a huge smile on his face.

Deadlock snorts at that, but allows himself to be pulled into that bear hug. There's only a moment's hesitation before he tightens his own arms around the medic's waist. Sunset optics squint in amusement, having missed the other's wit and playful grousing. "Eh, you know my ego's earned, Doc." His voice gentles after a moment, however. "It's good t'see you in good shape, though. Heard you'd deactivated a few vorns back. Glad to see that was a lie."
