any other palestinians you think we should follow on here?? i’m getting a bit wary about following people who claim they’re palestinian online due to many scams.
the scams are so annoying and insulting.
i recommend taking a look to see how long theyve been posting about palestine and how often they post. if you're wary, you can send me an ask about someone.
i follow/interact with:
@palipunk
@90-ghost
@el-shab-hussein
@ibtisams
@nabulsi
@apollos-olives
there are a couple more i can't tag so i assume they don't want to be mentioned. I also am definitely forgetting some haha
the worst thing in the world is doing things. the second worst thing in the world is not doing things. how has no one ever come up with a solution for this
i think it's pretty awesome how all public transport is free actually, it's like really nice of them how you can just not pay if you don't feel like it or can't afford it
Massive fuck you to everyone who is talking about Palestinians as if we’re already all dead and sharing more solidarity with our corpses than us living. “We will never forget the beautiful Palestinian people-“ how about you stop “making peace” with Palestinian extermination. My people are not going to be forgotten because we are going to live. Palestinians have already survived one genocide and have been surviving one ever since.
Do not ever let the idea that all Palestinians are going to die exist in your mind. Mourn the dead, fight like hell for the living.
This is a sad day. My heart goes out to all the Indigenous peoples who are hurt by these results. This is just gross. Right wing fearmongering, vile racism, and bold ignorance have won today. Check in on people. Comfort each other. Remember we are a community and we'll continue fighting as a community for better outcomes and more say and self determination from Indigenous people.
And for those who need it there's the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander crisis support line 13YARN on 13 92 76
"The referendum was a chance for newcomers to show a long-refused grace and gratitude and to acknowledge that the brutal dispossession of our people underwrote their every advantage of this country."
[...] "Talk not of recognition and reconciliation. Only of justice and the rights of our people in our own country. Things that no one else can gift us, but to which we are entitled by fact that this is the country of our birth and inheritance."
