I have a commission currently being made for this but I want to talk about Reiki.

Hiyori will find a small tiger/koi fish hybrid cub that was abandoned and wounded while traveling with the Straw Hats post Wano. She decided on the name Reiki due to its meaning.

The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki is a type of energy healing.

Reiki is quick when it comes to growing due to his species. His species is extremely rare and almost extinct. It is unknown why he was alone as he could have been abandoned or stolen from his mother. Hiyori raised him so she became a mother figure to him. Once he was fully grown, he helped Hiyori in battle as he could both travel on land and for extended periods of time underwater as well. Reiki has scales mixed with guard fur.

The commission will be posted and added to this post as well when it’s done so everyone has an idea of who I refer to. He will only be in threads post Wano with permission from my rp partner.

[Muse: Portgas D Ace] "The festival taking place is rather nice isn't it?" Ace had said that he would return to wano one day to help free it and he had, being a man of his word. It was mostly the work of the alliance and his little brother's crew that helped to bring it to fruition but it worked out in the end. Now it was all about enjoying the festivities here at the festival, a small smile resting on his face.

Hiyori smiled over at Luffy's brother and nodded her head in agreement. It was a beautiful sight knowing that her people were finally free from the shogun and Kaido. It was worth the celebration as their heroes were recovering. The Wano princess glanced over at him before refilling his mug of sake to keep the drinks flowing.

"It's so beautiful plus we are all going to be celebrating for days on end until everyone fully recovers. This is my country's gratitude to all of you. Now keep drinking as your cup was empty which we will not allow!"

I would love to explore more of the time she was training to become an Oiran as she was becoming famous. Other ideas I would love to explore are what if she was found by others as a child and how she could have lived differently. Also, I would love to have it if she interacted with Kaido as well and the Beast Pirates.

For every “⏳” I receive, my muse will openly talk about a bit of their backstory. @cosmicxblossoms

Looking at the small gravestone that was created near her father's and mother's graves, she could not stop the tears from flowing down her cheeks. It was unmarked with no name so no one would truly know who it belonged to unless Hiyori informed them. However, it pained her heart to think about what ifs and what could have been. Turning away as the sobs consumed her hand dug into the snowy soil.

"Hello, my little one.....mother is here......" It was the third anniversary of the day she had her miscarriage. The gravestone was for her unborn child who would have been three years old by now.

There was a moment of quiet when Shaka stood there and looked at the kimono she had offered to him times before, up and down. It’s considerate of her to try and share her culture with them but a kimono was far from optimal clothing in a lab. But he was not there to reject it once again. After doing it a few times when he was busy, he made sure to find some time to do her the favor of dressing up once. 

“You will have to assist me with the outer layers.” he mused as he moved his head to face Hiyori. “Perhaps later, you could do the same with the others. It wouldn’t be fair if only a few of us get to wear one, no?”

Hiyori was excited that she was finally able to convince Shaka to try on the kimono she made for him. She made sure to keep the pattern simple and not make too many layers. Still, it appeared he was having a little bit of trouble. Chuckling softly she smiled over at him before walking over to assist with the outer layers.

"Shaka you look very dashing in this! I will keep this in mind as Lilith has already received hers. We should totally take a picture of all of us posing in these!"

Shaka isn't sure what kind of colors she is into but he thinks Hiyori would look very beautiful and gentle in this type of dress while also keeping her elegance.
