An absolute life saver for me is raw carrot salad 🧡🥕

I use a vegetable peeler to shred 1-3 carrots into ribbons and then I add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, pepper, and sesame seeds. It’s also really good with a drizzle of sesame oil, which will up the calories so completely optional.
This is so satisfying and filling and really satisfies my cravings for carbs, savory and spicy food. Each carrot is about 25 calories and the dressing is super low calorie, likely less than 15-25 calories depending on amounts you use.
