“….” NiGHTS was silent for a moment until he spoke. “It’s not Nightmaren that you need to worry about any more, Will. And they can’t pass this door like they can the ones to Nightopia. You and I can though, now…come on.”

NiGHTS phased through the door as if it was merely made of water, leaving ripples along its surface. He floated in the golden feild on the otherside as he waited for Will, the jester looking out as he thought over the best way to explain what was going on. The golden feilds rolled in the non existant breeze while the scattered giant oaks seemed far away save for the one right in front of him with the knotted trunk. The only sound here was the soft rustle of the blades of wheat around him, peace at its finest…

“Welcome to Deep Sleep.”

He wasn’t exactly sure what NiGHTS had meant by not worrying about Nightmaren anymore, but decided against asking more on the subject. The answers NiGHTS had given made Will feel slightly uneasy. Something he’s never really felt in this world before.

Will trailed behind NiGHTS slowly, in awe of the surrounding scenery. It was unlike any Nightopia or dream he’d ever seen. 

“Was this here the whole time..?”

Twylight had not really met many other dreamers beside Maria, but she decided not to be shy, and get to know someone new. 

“Hello there!” Twilin called to the boy. “How are you doing?”

“Me?” He glanced around a bit taken back.

Will decided not to flinch and hide as usual when he met someone in the Night Dimension. He had trained himself to be more trusting of strangers thanks to NiGHTS. The other visitor had seemed friendly enough. 

“I’m fine I guess..? Who are you?”
