Log 2/25/24

Been almost two weeks since I really sat down and played. I don't have too much time today, but I'd like to get through the 65-65 quests for Stormblood

Heck yeah. I love nicknames so all my bbgs get them

Nadya is already a nickname for Nadezhda. She introduced herself to the adventuring guild that way, so the Scions didn't even know that wasn't her full name for a long time. When she was growing up it naturally got shortened and she liked it.

When they go out in public, her alias is Addy. Just so they can get through crowds and talk without everybody realizing the WoL is standing right there.

Thancred calls her Dezha. He is the only one that does.

Estinien calls her "Holly", which was sort of a bad attempt at them both pretending to have social interaction skills. She calls him "Drags," which is equally as bad but they both got so used to it that it's automatic.

She doesn't give nicknames too often. She calls Alphinaud "Alphy" which started back when they first met and she found him insufferable.

Just a little update: I am super super busy with school and I've been in a pretty bad depressive episode. Got help, actually talked to people, so we are doing better.

So: Cori's Nameday Extravaganza is going to be May 4th if everything goes to plan. Full day of gameplay, hopefully to finish Stormblood. I'll try to see if maybe there's some other fun goals I can throw in or possibly try to stream it?
