Today’s Reflection:
Today in our readings we receive a great challenge in how we approach our neighbors, because as we go through life; disputes will occur. This is due to the fact that we have been given a great gift from God in free will; which means that we have the capacity to love but also to sin, something Jesus understood well; which the Church has inherited and presents to us today. Therefore, with this in mind, it is the Churches responsibility to speak out when injustices occur. That is to say; that when the world creates a false truth apart from the gospel; the Church must speak out otherwise it will be held responsible for the sins of the world and this the Church does well as it continues to speak out especially dealing with ongoing social issues concerning measures of life.

“In time, it’s going to be impossible to deny that abortion is violence against children. Future generations, as they look back, are not necessarily going to go easy on ours. Our bland acceptance of abortion is not going to look like an understandable goof. In fact, the kind of hatred that people now level at Nazis and slave-owners may well fall upon our era. Future generations can accurately say, “It’s not like they didn’t know.” They can say, “After all, they had sonograms.” They may consider this bloodshed to be a form of genocide. They might judge our generation to be monsters.
One day, the tide is going to turn. With that Supreme Court decision 43 years ago, one of the sides in the abortion debate won the day. But sooner or later, that day will end. No generation can rule from the grave. The time is coming when a younger generation will sit in judgment of ours. And they are not obligated to be kind.”
— Frederica Mathewes-Green, Abortion Won the Day, but the Day will End

Documentation is an important asset for all developers. There are many tools that allow you to easily create a documentation website and even generate some of it from code. These 3 tools I’ve used personally to create documentation at my job, but there are other tools that you can find online to help you with your specific use case.

One of the most frequently misunderstood dimensions of The Chronicles of Narnia is author C S Lewis’ insistence that the books are not allegorical. In this, Lewis is broadly correct, but he’s not making the argument that many people think he is.
The term “allegory” is often used casually to mean “a story which can be interpreted symbolically”, or even simply “a story which contains symbolism”, but here Lewis is using the term in the narrower sense of a story which cannot be understood as itself. The pure allegorical narrative doesn’t make sense when taken at face value. It’s only sensical when the things it contains are understood as the things they represent: the other world is “really” the protagonist’s psychological landscape, the monsters are “really” their various emotional hangups, and so forth.
It’s certainly possible to construct such a reading of The Chronicles of Narnia; Lewis’ assertion is simply that this is not the primary level on which the text operates. As Lewis intended it, The Chronicles of Narnia is a work of speculative fiction about a metaphysically Christian multiverse in which Narnia literally is an alternative dimension populated by funny talking animals, to which the children literally do travel, where they encounter a lion who literally is Jesus (manifested in a form that’s appropriate to Narnia’s particular idiom), and so forth.
(It’s perhaps unsurprising that Lewis would make this argument, given that he was also a prominent author of theological science fiction, though he’s much better remembered today for his YA fantasy than for his sci-fi!)
Having established the terms of the discussion, we can now move on to the meat of the problem: given his stance that The Chronicles of Narnia lacks an allegorical primary reading, would C S Lewis agree that The Chronicles of Narnia is an isekai? In this essay
