Worlds for The Sims 3 which can be used with Zerbu Mod

So, I need a world with already built rabbit holes (school, hospital, city hall, police station, etc.) or a DIY world with a small or medium size (maximum of 70 lots). It would be nice if it's flat, so I can place custom lots wherever I want. Additionally, I would prefer if it's something like an island with beaches.

My dream is coming true!

Tried to set working Daycare at community lot. Result is not baaaaad, but...it could be better I guess.

Anyway, it's kinda fun to see all those little pixel munchkins together😜
