New Manon time! I have been dragging my feet on personal sewing, but I'm finally moving on a new cosplay, my second Manon! Maybe it's because the weather is so much nicer now, but I'm feeling more motivated to finish a bunch of projects I've had separated into boxes!

This is just progress on the jacket, I have more things to fix/add on it, but I have all I need to finish!

That being said if anyone has suggestions for a good tutorial for styling those curls, let me know! I don't think I've done a wig with such big ringlets!

So….Finish or Abandon??? I started Garsa Fwip when Boba Fett came out,then abandoned it bc the show was pretty disappointing, so say the least. But I did think she was a great character. It have everything to finish, I just don’t know if it’s worth the effort. Ps—I’m not asking if you liked the show, it’s not about that.

New Commission: Winter Queen of World of Warcraft! A mix of velvet, chiffon, dupioni, metallic bronze, lots of crystals, and lots of hand painting! The antlers are light and balanced, and attach over the wig that's being made. They'll have to go through doorways sideways!

New commission: YOJIMBO!

New commission: Summon Yojimbo!! This was an unusual style of commission for me to take on, but I really wanted to make it! I have been trying to focus on taking on commissions that I WANT to make. I absolutely love the colors and the design of this. The accessories and armor parts are all foam, very lightweight, and the sword is balsawood so it’s con-safe. It was really hard to get proper photos of this because none of my mannequins are the appropriate size, and the client is very tall. I took pics of it pinned onto a mannequin as well as being worn by someone, but it will fit the customers measurements much better!

New commission: Rouge the Bat! A little different than the kind of commissions I normally take on, but the idea was really fun so I couldn’t pass on it. A combination of PVC, soft matte & holographic spandex! I printed the accessories, and made the wings from foam!

New commission: Heartsteel Aphelios of League of Legends! This one was fun, I love combining many different types of fabrics! Soft Lycra, spandex, metallic silver, and I custom airbrushed taffeta and holographic fabric as well! My mannequin doesn’t have much in the way of shoulders, so I’m looking forward to seeing it fit on my client properly! 3D prints from the shop Laaayel that I printed & painted!
